Hotel location is very good! Almost all the attractions can be reached by walking. Passing a bridge is the famous red light district The hotel is very cautious from the welcome drink. My husband and I don’t drink alcoholic beverages. They give us non-alcoholic champagne. After the check-in, we also give the L’Occitane gift bag. The weather in Amsterdam makes us go out very bad. Convenient, the hotel will also provide a very creative disposable raincoat, the raincoat is placed inside a white ball, the ball can be hung on the carry-on bag, the girl with big eyes and short hair at the front desk is particularly warm and friendly, forgetting to ask her The name, the hotel's breakfast should be considered semi-self-service, offer some options, although we stayed for 10 days, will eat some meals, but still not tired, the dishes are very delicate and delicious, two Benedict eggs always eat Not enough, there is a smoking room on the first floor of the hotel. My husband will take a cigarette every morning to come over for breakfast. The tall, tall man with a big NICE will put his husband’s coffee in advance to the smoking room. He, and the drink I ordered, he remembered it the next day. After sitting at the table every morning, I don’t need to say that I will have a glass of orange juice and a cup of English. A meal of tea! The room design is also very user-friendly, the activity space is large, the fruit is rich and delicious, the chocolate is special, all the soft drinks in the refrigerator are provided free of charge, the capsule coffee machine has three flavors per day, the bathroom can be separated from wet and dry, and the room is dehumidified. The system is particularly good, even in the continuous rainy days, the house will not feel the tide, the cleaning supplies provided in the bathroom are all L'Occitane, the bathing equipment has a large water flow. . . All in all a very good hotel, everyone is very friendly. The hotel also provided us with a free drop-off on the last day. If you go to Amsterdam next time, you should consider staying at the hotel again!

It is close to the tram and the subway station, there is a big ah next to it, just five minutes away from the net red brunch shop. The location is really good, you can see a great view on the rooftop. The hotel is also very serviced and has a high-end youth hostel and hotel apartment configuration. The bed is very big and can sleep for the next three girls. Really love the roof, whether it is sunrise or sunset is a good place to take pictures. Very clean, there is an oven coffee machine, induction cooker pots and pans, too love this minimalist style, recommended to travellers to Amsterdam

Absolutely impressed with this hotel and its staff. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate you from the moment you arrive. We knew our check in was from 3pm however we arrived at 10am. We didn’t mind as we were allowed to leave our bags and wondered of to explore the city. Our room was ready by 1pm. The hotel itself is Gorgeous!!! The grounds are spotless and clean and both check in/out was an easy process. We were upgraded on arrival to a superior room, again gorgeous i really loved the decor and the bed was super comfortable. Hotel is close to everything, and has a tram link behind the hotel to get you from a-b, use google maps for your destination it will tell you what number trams to get. You buy tram tickets at the service desk (on the tram itself) or if it doesn’t have one enter at the front of tram and driver will sort for you 8.50 euros for the day. You can even use these on the metro line and busses. Dam square- 8 minutes on tram/ 11 walking We had breakfast included but only used the facilities once, this was due to the length of our stay we wanted to be out in the city as much as possible. Breakfast was lovely, and offered a variety of cooked breakfast & continental. Thank you to all the staff at eden hotel, it’s been a pleasure

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Very basic room, which we then had to move from because the bathroom light wasn’t working. We were then moved to the very top floor, which had a lovely view and a nice bathroom. However, there weren’t even bedside tables next to the beds or table lamps or anything. Bed was actually really comfortable though. Bathroom was lovely, lots of room however the shower was a slight poor design as the floor got soaked whenever you had a shower. Safe in our room was broken, which isn’t ideal when you’re on holiday and have valuables. People at the desk were nice and helpful. Very basic hotel, but clean and felt safe there. The outside noise on the street at night is very loud as there is a restaurant with outdoor seating right next door, so if you are sensitive about that sort of thing then I wouldn’t necessarily recommend. The location is excellent, truly the best part of this hotel. Literally everything is within walking distance!! Loved this part and so glad we chose this hotel for the location. Pros and cons to this hotel, but overall nothing serious to complain about, especially for the price we paid. Would stay here again for a short stay.

The location is fantastic, the ground station is the ground station, only 4 stops from the central station. Downstairs are all restaurants and bars, food quality is not bad, many attractions can actually be reached on foot, although the room is on the street, but the sound insulation is quite good, the counter staff is very cordial and polite, much worse than Paris! If you have the chance to come to Amsterdam again, you will stay again!

Perfect stay, very good food and drinks in the restaurant Rains. Good location for a city trip to Amsterdam with many tram lines close by. We have been travelling with the whole family (11 people) and enjoyed it a lot.
