"Room is big and comfortable. Had good nights sleep. Bathroom is pretty well-designed too. Only gripe is the lack of variety for breakfast. There are many options that are nearer to Disneyland (and possibly much cheaper) but recommend to stay here if comfort is a priority."

"Location was great but they charged too much for nightly parking for their own guests. They have a coffee machine but no stirrers even though we asked so we have to stir with our own toothbrush. We also have to ask for new cups everyday we stayed for 4 nights. No complains about the bed or pillows. Our parcel arrived 2 days ago but no one call us although they said they will. When we called them they said they didn't receive it. An inefficient postal handling I would say which is annoying. Will not stay here again since we have paid higher here with only a lower than medium service level."

"Compared to the cheapest hotels in the area, the rooms were clean, cleaning was provided, and breakfast was included. The room was barrier-free, so the shower room did not have a bathtub. It's about a 20-minute walk, so you can walk to the park without having to wait for the shuttle bus. If you take into account the cost of Uber and it's around $20 a night, I think it's okay to choose this hotel even if it's more expensive than the surrounding areas."

"Upon checking into our first room, we found the lights weren't working and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff member there was very kind. However, the door to the second room we were assigned wouldn't open. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member came up to try and open it for us, but it still wouldn't budge, possibly due to a faulty key card. We were then moved to a third room, which was in even worse condition than the first one. The bathroom was incredibly tiny, and the room layout felt different. We ended up dragging our luggage from the 3rd floor, to the 1st, then to the 2nd, just to switch rooms, all while repeatedly waiting in long queues at the front desk. My friend and I were here for a fun trip, and we didn't want to let these issues ruin our mood, so we just decided to make do with the third room for the night. The staff members, to their credit, clearly tried their best and were very kind throughout. It's simply the facilities themselves that are the main problem here. On the positive side, the hotel's location right next to Disney was fantastic, allowing us to watch the Disneyland fireworks around 9 PM. I didn't even realize there was a pool; I would have definitely packed my swimsuit if I had known! They had unlimited popcorn by the pool, but unfortunately, kids had spilled it all over the hotel hallways, creating a huge 'popcorn party' mess that made it impossible to walk through properly. More effort into improving the facilities and overall cleanliness would be greatly appreciated. Apart from these concerns, everything else was excellent."

"The hotel could use some sprucing....the towels are like SANDPAPER and so so thin! Would expect more from a Marriott property. The walls are PAPER THIN and you can heart everything. Was woken up every night by a crying baby next door and the shower next door was so loud as well. This location cannot be beat! So convenient to Disneyland and will stay again, just wish it felt more like a Marriott property."

"A hotel near Disney, the advantage is that it is cheap, has free breakfast, is close to Disney, and can walk to Disney Town in less than ten minutes. The overall environment looks good from the outside, but because it is an open hotel, there is a parking lot outside the room, and outside the parking lot is the road, which is a little unsafe. In addition, there are doors between the rooms in the hotel, and the safety and quietness are greatly reduced. I heard all kinds of noises in the rooms next to me for two nights. There were people walking around and chatting in the corridor at the door before six in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep well. The most unacceptable thing is the blower in the room. Even if the power is unplugged, the outdoor unit still starts every few minutes, and the noise is very loud, so I can't sleep well at night. In addition, the hotel does not give away mineral water, and there are no charged drinks in the water bar. It is a devastating thing to find that there is no water to drink after checking in at more than 12 o'clock in the night. I will probably not choose this hotel again in the future"

"Very easy checking in and out from this place. However, the bed squeaks when you moved. The bed needs to be replaced cuz it’s annoying when you’re trying to get a good night sleep. Breakfast need a little improvement on a selection. Otherwise, it was very convenient for our weekend getaway."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"Just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. Very family friendly hotel. The Pizza was great as well. The water park was ok. The water didn’t seem the cleanest. They probably used ALOT of chlorine because my kids eyes burned badly. We had to buy them goggles in order for them to be able to enjoy the water. Other than that, the hotel was really great. I would recommend for sure."

"Breakfast is a very rich American breakfast, clean and hygienic. The room type of the suite is really good and it is spacious. The gym is small and tastes too big. It is not far from Disney. You can go over and go straight to the north without going to the main entrance of Disney. It is about 1.5km. It is quite convenient. Don't look at the positioning on Ctrip, not allowed, it is actually on the side of the road. The front desk is very welcoming, self-service laundry, laundry/mixing 3 knives, on the 2nd floor."
