NNLHotelProfessionalHotel situated close to the beach. Rooms recently renovated and in good condition. Newly placed sanitary still had supplier product stickers on them, so must have been recently installed. Breakfast was not what you would expect. Also plenty of warning/ penalty signs for taking food out of the restaurant or other types of misbehaviour. Not very welcoming. In addition, too many staff with radios walking around. Constant loud talking over radios. Better make use of earpieces so guests are not affected. All in all, good hotel that requires a bit of love and attention.

SShijiedeyixiangrenThe environment here is truly amazing, like a secluded paradise. Plus, they send a complimentary macaron every day. Even though I'm not a big fan of sweets, the few bites I had were really delicious. The hotel room is definitely worth the price, and the breakfast spread is fantastic – they have over 10 different drink options alone! If I go to Pattaya again, I'll definitely be back!

IIry5006The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out.
We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing.
For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and located in a great spot, but the breakfast variety needs significant improvement. We were very disappointed to find that an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner was automatically included in our price. This was not mentioned in our Trip.com confirmation and felt like a ”tricky” hidden fee. The food at the gala was quite simple for such a high price. On a positive note, the staff put on an interesting show featuring Thai dancing and boxing (I hope they were paid extra for their hard work!), though the singer and band were unremarkable.

WWillis_o_oIt’s marketed as a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, it feels somewhat overrated.
The room is spacious and clean. There is a minibar with free bottled water and coffee sachets, though the cup noodles are charged. The breakfast and swimming pool are both quite good and enjoyable.
That said, the location is fairly far from central Pattaya. If you’re not driving, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab whenever you go out.
One downside is the TV, which does not seem to support streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, although it’s possible I simply missed the option
The power outlet layout is also quite impractical, with some sockets placed under the pillow. On top of that, I hit my head several times on the light above the bed, which was not a great design choice. :(

The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge
The pool is clean and well kept
The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review!
We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens.
I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

GGuest UserWas a nice hotel. Upon arrival it was hectic due to the amount of people checking in all at once, but overall was handled okay. Breakfast was included, but they need to work on this and have a bigger selection of food items. Basically, most items that should have been hot were cold.
Was at a good location in Jomtiem. Is a bit far from Pattaya city, but not an issue and one can easily hop on and off the baht bus for 10 baht, or 20 baht for a longer journey into Pattaya city and Walking Street.

AAbdul Rehman.My experience was really nice, hotel was at a really good location and touristy spots were easily accessible. Room was clean, AC was perfect and friendly staff. Definitely would stay next time. A bit noisy at night but if you’re fine with that it’s the best.
