Just an average place, more like an hotel than a resort. Breakfast spread is extremely poor, not to the standard of a 3 or 4 star hotel. Also, very few staff in the hotel have the courtesy to even wish the guest or give a smile.

I was impressed by all hotel staff with in the hotel special mention to Restaurant manager Bhagyesh and snacks ,dinner buffet was impressive and tasty there are which we have taken was comfortable with nice field outside the window so overall experience was pleaseing.

We stayed in the resort for 2 days. We had a pleasant stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was so good. Indian, chinese and continental. They also served excellent cocktails. Breakfast menu was good. They have a live counter serving tasty dosas. It was our best stay in goa so far. The beaches nearby are not very crowded. Only issue is that we need to travel by road to the beach, there is no direct beach access. But the location and view from rooms are good.

The hotel is good value for money, rooms look exactly like what the pictures show. The distance from the beach is 1. 5 kilometers or 5 minutes by car/bike. The stretch where all the good and new restaurants like azule, kaia, etc are is also 8 mins away by car. Location is good and not overly commercialised. The staff is good. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel so no zomato or swiggy. The hotel food is okay, not very pricey though so that’s nice.

Property is no doubt good, but it lacks goa feel. Just a 5 star type property of any metro city with over courteous staff. They are really good in preparations, alcoholic and non alcoholic both. Pool is great but with very high chlorine in it. Parking for vehicle is really good. They didn't allow outside visitor and alcohol and food in any way.
