Overall I had a disappointing experience, especially at this price level. The staff at the desk that I met were very helpful and it worth pointing that out, they were great and helped me with some important logistic stuff. The problems with the hotel though are many 1) breakfast very ‘flat’ ie food not feel fresh and coffee super bland, 2) room keys have problems - one has to try a number of times to open and sometimes need to get technician from downstairs to help, 3) pool and gym is a private gym next door - facilities are very good but a bit of a walk and does not have intimacy of hotel - so pros and cons there 4) small thing, the security guy at the door looks downright unfriendly and not help in the least bit with luggage. Overall the place feels like it has aged, it not invested in and not managed so well, but good individual staff. For this price , there are much better options.

Добрый день! Отличный отель для всей семьи. Цены приемлимые для проживания. Всё очень понравилось как нам, так и детям, отель очень комфортный, чистый, уютный и удобно расположенный. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Вернемся сюда ещё и не раз.

Респектабельный отель. Комфортный уютный номер, чисто. Доброжелательный персонал, всегда и во всем старается помочь. Вайфай, вкусные завтраки, шведский стол разнообразный. Красивая территория. Остались только положительные эмоции.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmereinrichtung insgesamt eher auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge; alles sehr lieblos und nur maessig sauber. Hotel bei Aussentemperaturen von rund 12 Grad ungeheizt
