The place was beautifully calm as our stay was very much peaceful. The food was also good and a nice change of the menu almost every night. The staff too were polite and friendly. Overall stay was 4/5!

Very bad service experience! Not professional, No proactively communication, No respect for customers when additional charge happened. Especially the reception manager is very rude to customer with threating personal safety words. Not recommend!

The hotel is located on a very large, well-kept and clean territory! + Cozy room, huge bed with a good mattress and clean fresh linen. + New plumbing, good pressure and hot water (this is important) + Delicious hearty breakfasts and very varied dinners, rich table, but no drinks at dinner are included in the price;) we had to order tea from the bar menu at dinners to enjoy oriental sweets;) + Excellent beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel (a cute train will take you there in three minutes;)) the sea is clean, but shallow... if you swim, then go further from the shore, you can just lie in clean sea water + water slides, many small pools around the territory and one large one (all without heating) Excellent hotel for its price, I recommend!

I tried to find a taxi for half an hour, but still couldn't find one. I went to the front desk again, and they took out a list and said they would charge UE66 yuan to call a taxi for me. It was very expensive. As a tourist, you can't leave this hotel. This hotel is far away from the city and uninhabited! Chinese tourists should be cautious when traveling. I took a taxi to this hotel and the taxi charged me double the fare! I really don't recommend this hotel! I think Chinese people should never come here!
