Hotels in Neos Kosmos, Athens

We were so pleased with our stay at Glimmer Cozy! It looked exactly like the photos. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower), a kitchen, and a refrigerator, making it very comfortable and convenient for two or more guests. The host was incredibly thoughtful and paid attention to the little details. There were international travel plug adapters available, a Nespresso machine, and many other useful amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. Location is good, too. 10 min walk to metro & bus stops just 2-3 min walk. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Glimmer Cozy to anyone visiting Athens.

Выбрали этот отель, смотря красивые фотографии и отзывы читая, на деле оказалось все намного хуже. Перечислим все проблемы которые у нас возникли, по мере их возникновения: 1) Отсутствие туалетной бумаги 😂 (мелочь, но это отель), как позже выяснилось, один рулон нам забыли положить, обещали довезти, но никто так и не довез). 2) Нет полотенца для ног в ванной, там скользкий пол в душе, туалет перед душем постоянно заливает водой, упасть можно и разбить себе что-то в полна реально. 3) Полотенца для ног нет там, где джакузи (мелочь, в принципе, да ладно, но чтобы знали). 4) Мы спросили как часто тут убираются, нам сказали, 1 раз перед заселением, то есть если бы мы приехали на сутки и бронировали каждый день, убирались бы каждый день, если больше одного дня, на месяц и больше, уборка один раз, то же самое касается и принадлежностей. 5) Полотенце два на весь период, ни для джакузи, ни для лежаков, ни просто запасных на такой длительный период не предусмотрено. 6) Джакузи грязный, включаешь его, вода вообще начинается пенится как на болоте, замена воды не помогает, ну и она там проблематичная, отсюда эти и проблемы. 7) На веранде где лежаки, джакузи, зона отдыха, все грязно, в крошках, пыли, да, там улица, но перед нами даже никто не убрался. 8) ТВ в зале яркость убавлена до минимального и не регулируется 😂 Смотреть ТВ, Ютуб по вечерам проблематично. (Но это тоже мелочи). 9) Пропал интернет через 1,5 суток после заселения , видимо закончились деньги, на три дня мы остались без Wi-fi и интернета, написали хозяевам, они ответили, через сутки!!!, они не может быть, сейчас все исправим, до выселения нам никто ничего не исправил, баланс не пополнил, предложили подключиться к соседям, подключились, там скорость такая, что лучше бы не предлагали, ничего совсем не грузит. Хорошие апартаменты, ужасный сервис и обслуживание.

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean

Είχα πολύ καλή εμπειρία με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Η θέση του είναι σε καλό μέρος της Αθήνας, σχετικά κοντά σε στάση του Μετρό (10λ.) και άλλες δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις αντίστοιχες ανέσεις. Το πρωινό που προσφέρεται ήταν ικανοποιητικό χωρίς να υστερεί σε κάτι. Άλλα θετικά προτερήματα είναι η θέα του, ειδικά στους υψηλότερους ορόφους που καλύπτει μεγάλο μέρος της Αθήνας καθώς και χώρος πάρκινγκ στην είσοδο, αν και έχει μικρή χωρητικότητα σε θέσεις και δεν είναι πάντα ελεύθερο. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω στο μέλλον.

The front desk service was exceptionally good! I really felt the warmth and relaxed vibe of the Greek people. I arrived at midnight, and a gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a very friendly smile. He carefully explained that the food on the 8th and 9th floors of the restaurant was exactly the same, but the 9th floor offered better views! He also mentioned the gym was on B1 and breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which was very thoughtful. My friend sent me a bouquet of flowers, and he even helped deliver a vase to my room – so considerate! When I got to the room, it was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! Waking up in the morning, the biggest surprise was the incredible view from the rooftop restaurant and pool!!! Absolutely worth it! The ultimate scenery! Breathtaking! Breakfast was plentiful! Very satisfied, enjoying breakfast with such a beautiful view. The restaurant has three sides of floor-to-ceiling windows and a large terrace with views from all three directions! This was simply amazing! Some of the facilities in the room were a bit old, which didn't affect the stay itself but did impact the overall experience, especially the towels! They were too old, which was a bit hard to accept, but everything else was fine. The hotel's location is excellent. Taxis to places like the Acropolis, museums, or generally the city center were all around 6 euros. Very convenient. After a 5-day stay, it was still very good! I saw stunning sunsets from different spots in the city! One from Mount Lycabettus, one from a temple, one from the Grand Hyatt, and one from the Panathenaic Stadium! Athens in June is beautiful! Although the city feels a bit run-down, it doesn't detract from the happy and relaxed atmosphere of the people 😌

The place is very big, in Hong Kong is a mansion! If you get up early in the morning, you can also watch the sunrise on the terrace. The location is too 7 minutes from the subway station, it is very convenient to go to the same attraction! According to trip.com I went to a restaurant, not bad!
