The hotel is located on the main street of the city, between the train station (centre) and the Papal Palace, within walking distance. The front desk staff is very friendly. Although the hotel is in an old building, it has been renovated in a simple and practical style. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, and there are more restaurants to choose from further away.

Room 301 faces the patio, and the lighting is not good. The space is not large. The air conditioner is basically not turned on. You have to adjust it yourself at night to get cool air. Or open the window for ventilation. The cleaning is not very clean. There are a lot of short hairs on a pillowcase and on the toilet. There was no drinking water in the refrigerator when I checked in. The front desk brought two bottles. The next day, I got a bottle of water downstairs. On the third day, another female front desk was on duty. I called for water and said it would be charged. I bought a liter at Carrefour next door for a few cents. The service standards are not uniform. The surrounding environment is quite lively and safe. You can see the hotel when you leave the train station. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the church. It is quite convenient. The scope of play is not large.

The room is close to the busiest street with a good view, many restaurants around, and convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room facilities are simple, the mattress is good, the bedside lamp is not on, and the room is dark.

This hotel gave me a surprise! Although it is small, the location, decoration, and environment are really great! This is the most satisfying hotel in my entire trip! Very safe and welcoming! worth! The price/performance ratio is also super high! The main street is right outside the door, 5 minutes away from the train station!

This hotel was the biggest pitfall of our trip. I placed an order after seeing good reviews and pictures on Ctrip. However, the room was extremely small and there was nowhere to put things. It was a bit like our country guest house. The shower room was especially small and there was no place to put things. I even broke a beloved hairpin because of it. It is recommended that you stay in international chain hotels when traveling in the future, at least the standards are guaranteed. But what is commendable is that the hotel breakfast is not bad; Ctrip handles complaints very efficiently and professionally. But I still have to give an honest review of the hotel room to avoid future compatriots stepping into the trap.

It is such a pretty and clean hotel that I want to come back even if I visit Avignon again. The staff are also very friendly. It is also close to the station, so it is convenient to move around.

Small but fine, good location, convenient for strolling in the ancient city every day, convenient to the train station. Outside the window of my room is the Stone Sculpture Museum, free of charge. On the main street, restaurants and Carrefour are very convenient. So the best choice for traveling.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel, the service staff kindly helped us change to a room by the window, and helped us carry our luggage. The location is convenient and the environment is very good. I will consider staying again in the future

Location, service and rooms are very good

Stayed for two nights. The location is very good. Everything in the ancient city is within walking distance. It is very comfortable and new at night. It has only been opened for 2 years. I am very satisfied with everything. I will come back if I have the opportunity.
