Beautiful, spacious complex with air-conditioned deluxe rooms, balcony
and wellness area. Bicycle storage, underground parking and water treading pool in the garden. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine in the room.

Der hoteleigene Wellnessbereich war fast leer und ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir hatten die wunderschönen Saunen und Dampfbäder, tolle Ruheräume und eine unglaubliche Sonnenterrasse fast für uns alleine. Alles sehr sauber. Schöne Zimmer. Super service. Toller Erfahrung!

Das Hotel kann durch sehr guten Service und seine Lage mit dem das Hotel umgenenden Park überzeugen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die über einen Fußweg erreichbare Therme kostenlos zu nutzen. Zu jeder Zeit ist es bei gutem Wetter möglich, Speisen auf den großzügig vorhandenen Terrassen einzunehmen. Insgesamt fällt auf, dass es sehr viel Personal gibt. Das ist heutzutage eher die Ausnahme. Das Personal ist auch gut ausgebildet. So werden Tische stets korrekt eingedeckt. Wenn man das berücksichtigt, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne für eine kurze Auszeit her.

Ich sehe das Hotel nicht als ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirken kühl und ungemütlich. Der Blick in den Innenhof, wo Risse in den Wänden sind und die Farbe abblättert, lässt man lieber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schick aber das Wasser im Pool zu kalt, wirklich nur zum schwimmen geeignet, nicht zum verweilen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen, das Personal war freundlich und sehr fleißig. Abendessen waren wir außerhalb vom Hotel, da uns 39,90€ pro Person für das Buffet viel zu teuer waren und Kinder auch noch die Hälfte gekostet hätten. Geparkt haben wir auch außerhalb vom Hotel, weil 18 € am Tag auch heftig sind. Was wirklich positiv war, dass der Eintritt in die Toskana Therme außer am Abreisetag mit inkludiert waren. Alles in allem ei n schönes Hotel, aber über 200€ die Nacht sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

It was a pleasure for us to be here and we will definitely come back. The hotel impressed us in every way. From check-in to the service, the rooms, the location, the kitchen and the wellness area. Unfortunately, it is rare these days to be a guest and experience hospitality. It was certainly the case here. The staff, regardless of which depar**ent they were from, were always friendly, courteous and always in a good mood. The kitchen conjured up an excellent buffet, whether in the morning or in the evening. Thank you for a really lovely time.

We are happy and grateful to have spent such a relaxing time in this very well-run hotel. The room was very nice, with a view of the Elbe. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and it was nice that we could eat breakfast on the terrace in the wonderful weather. We also used the wellness area and were able to relax wonderfully while swimming and in the sauna. We can definitely recommend it to everyone! We would definitely like to come back. Accommodation was in a 2-room suite. The double bed and other furnishings were fine, but the sofa bed in the 2nd room had seen better days. Theme evenings with half board should be supplemented with cold platters and the dishes should be replenished promptly. Spices were also obviously saved. We liked the swimming pool and spa area, although the water could be a bit warmer.

Great hotel, beautiful wellness area with a great view of the Elbe, extremely friendly staff everywhere. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Good starting point for hikes. Great breakfast with a wide selection. Shuttle to the train station worked really well. If I could give one tip for improvement: the small plastic cups in the wellness area... that could be solved better and in a more environmentally friendly way.
