Nice hotel, I stayed during Ramadan so I couldn’t sample the restaurant until the evening, but I was busy at that point. The staff did what they could though and offered guests a room service breakfast. One staff member was very friendly and he helped me book a private tour to see the water village, a boat ride, the outside of the Sultan’s palace and we even went on water safari and saw monitor lizards and proboscis monkeys in the wild. This amazing tour would not have been possible had the concierge not phoned around to get me this tour. Other group tours were fully booked, so I really appreciate it. The swimming pool was nice too. I swam at lunchtime.

Good hotel, best hotel breakfast with many choices every single day to choose from. The location is not perfect for a walk around the city centre.

We booked a one-bedroom suite for 3 nights which was our best decision ever. It was spacious and comfy and the right size for 3 of us as we had 2 toilets to use. Room cleanliness was also good and service was excellent generally. Breakfast was alright but I expected more variety.

Greeted with a smile from every staffs as I walk into the hotel. Checked in was a breeze. Ordered room service and food came in an instant. Room is big, clean and comfy. Would definitely come back again.

We were given a room that had rubbish (empty bottles uncleared etc). Toilet pipes were faulty. Service was just alright. However, location is not bad. There’s a big supermarket and mall nearby.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location to the Royal regalia museum which is of walkable distance. We checked in at 3.30pm and counter staff told us the single bed double rooms were not available and we have to wait around 1 hour for it to be ready. Counter staff then asked if we would like to upgrade to deluxe room (which doesn't honestly look any bigger than a the room we booked) for an additional $10 per night. My bed sheets were dirty and there were small stains on the bedsheet, and it did not feel clean. The sheets were probably not changed. Basic toiletries like toothbrush, razer was not already placed in the toilet and will only be available upon request. We had to request for the toothbrush twice before we got it. Have stayed at Radisson blu bangkok, Radisson Cebu and this Radisson hotel is by far the worst I have stayed at. Dirty and Stingy. 100% not worth the price.

Location is great. Walking distance to Royal Regalia. Good place to go back and refreshed after a trip around the town. Recommended. Breakfast was ok. Too bad didnt had the chance to try the Indian restaurant there.

The hotel is situated on the main road. Very noisy at night. Had to pay extra to move to the top floor. Can still hear the traffic. Room is humid and smells damp. First morning, brown water came out of the tap, which lasted a good two hours.
