The location of the property was excellent, making it convenient to reach downtown by Roam bus. staff will give you a ticket during your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Had all the amenities you needed both shower room and kitchen. Price for this stay is reasonable. So I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we get back to Banff.

My family and I stayed in two Mount View rooms. I was surprised at how simple the hotel entrance was, but the location was great because it was next to the hotel where the airport shuttle bus departs and arrives, and it was close to Banff Avenue and a supermarket. The facilities were quite old, but it was clean, and since we only needed to sleep, we were grateful to be able to stay at this price. The light in the bathroom went out when we used a hair dryer with all the lights on in the room, but they fixed it right away. Although it was an old hotel, the bed was spacious and the mattress was firm, so it was very comfortable! It was located near the quiet and beautiful Bow River, and we enjoyed an evening walk. Very good, we arrived at the hotel around 11 o'clock in the morning. According to the request, we could check in in the afternoon. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to check the rooms to see if there were any rooms that had been cleaned. At the same time, she also suggested that we keep our luggage. After that, we planned to go to Banff town first and wait for the check-in procedures in the afternoon. When we left the hotel, the lady rushed to the door and told us that there were rooms that had been cleaned and could be checked in. After we checked out, due to time issues, the hotel was also willing to keep our luggage for us. (Not every hotel is willing to temporarily keep luggage for guests, whether before checking in or after checking out, really.) In the future, when I go to Banff again, their hotel will be my first choice for accommodation.

Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.
