I saw cockroaches in room and shower was not working.. front desk lady was so rude even I informed but she was rude on my complaint. I would suggest don’t go.. the one looks in pictures is totally different in experience.

The exterior and lobby are impressive, but the rooms are simple.
Not recommended for overnight transfers at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
30 minutes and 200 THB by highway. Located in the middle of Soi 40 on Ramkhamhaeng Road.
Ramkhamhaeng Road and Lat Phrao Road are very congested, so it can take a long time to get there.
Across the river, there are shopping arcades such as The Mall Bangkapi and Lotus, and it is about a 10-minute walk away.
The lobby in the photo is gorgeous, but the rooms are not spacious and look like cheap hotels, so it may be cramped for two people.
There is a kettle, no pests, and the air conditioner works quietly, so there is no problem with sleep, but a higher-grade hotel would be more comfortable.
The staff are not aware of customer service, and they are more interested in talking to each other than the guests when they are shouting.
