The hotel is located in an alley and is very easy to get to. It is not dangerous. The subway is nearby and it is very convenient. You can basically walk to major shopping districts. The hotel is located in the center, and there are snack streets and many 711s nearby. The front desk can speak a little Chinese.
The room is not big but enough. You need to bring your own toiletries and disposable slippers (the hotel does not provide them). The environment is clean and hygienic. The lady comes to clean every day.

The room is well soundproofed and quiet at night. Laundry is not expensive at 40thb. There is a place to dry clothes. It is generally clean. There is orange juice and Western breakfast for breakfast.
