The staff were all friendly, and the room was very clean. I was especially pleased with the location, which is very close to Plaça Catalunya, allowing me to walk to most of my sightseeing. It was a place I would like to visit again.

The hotel lobby smells lovely, and the room was clean and tidy with a very pleasant green accent wall. The bed frame was hollow, which made it a bit creaky. The soundproofing isn't great, but it didn't bother me much since I was up early exploring anyway. If Barcelona is your first stop, I'd give this place an 8/10. The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from Passeig de Gràcia and a few meters from Zara!

The breakfast on the 7th floor was just amazing. They had an incredible selection of fresh local foods that were wonderful to eat as you enjoyed the morning view. The room was very spacious, larger than most. The bathroom was also very roomy with a huge shower enclosure. The shower itself was very nice. The rooms did not have any carpet, which was different, but allowed the rooms to be really clean. Despite being on the 1st floor only one level above the street, there was no noise. Our room had windows across one side the entire room, but we slept all night with no issues. They do have heavy curtains that you pull over that block all light.

Friendly staff. Helped with booking taxi to airport as we had to leave quite early in the morning. Free upgrade to suite so that was nice. The place was quite clean and big.

My travel plans kept changing, so I booked day-by-day to avoid having my entire trip cancelled. I booked a standard room the day before, but due to a booking error, I ended up with a 'Seventy Room' today and needed to switch. In the morning, I specifically requested a twin room at check-in, and the front desk agreed. When I returned in the evening, I found it was still a single king-size bed room. I talked to the front desk, and they informed me that all rooms were booked, and they couldn't switch me to a twin. Actually, a king-size bed is just two smaller beds pushed together, so all they needed to do was change the bedding to accommodate us. However, the hotel's handling of the situation was very rigid, so I'm deducting points for service. There's no real difference between the 'Seventy Room' and the standard room, so it's not worth paying extra for it.

The location is not far from the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The room was clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a safe. The bed was large enough, though the mattress was a bit soft. There was plenty of space in the room for luggage. A supermarket and McDonald's are nearby. Overall, the experience was great, I was very satisfied, and all three nights were excellent.

We would like to thank Alessio who helped us at the check-in. We arrived at the hotel quite early due to the cruise disembarkment time. He was very welcoming and kind enough to get us the first room so we could put in out luggage first. He also provided us important information to navigate around that area. His customer service was excellent. In terms of the hotel, our rooms got upgraded so the rooms were definitely better than what we expected. Clean, spacious, with a couch. What we loved the most is the rain shower, water pressure was so strong and the amenities smelled so relaxing. We didn't get a chance to visit the pool. However, we were impressed with the breakfast. This hotel is the hidden gem, we will definitely come back again

Pleasantly surprised and absolutely perfect! It's very close to the attractions, with lots of food options nearby. There's even a balcony where you can sit, eat, and enjoy the view. The staff are all very friendly, and the space is quite large, especially the bathroom, which was very comfortable. Excellent value for money!

A very very good apartment in central of Barcelona, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped and decorated, we feel very comfortable staying in the apartment. The reception gentleman is very kind. We definitely will come back again

The hotel is very clean and the services is excellent!  I love the SPA at the hotel! The location of the hotel is awesome very close to supermarket and good restaurants! It is very centrally located! I definitely recommend for first time travelers to Barcelona! I will definitely be returning to this hotel when come to Barcelona again!
