Spa hotels in Barcelonès

The room is clean and comfortable . They have tea, coffee capsule, and water, but the mini bar in the fridge need to be paid. The room was not very species after opening the silver bat, but it’s pretty enough for three people. They’re not much window view for our room. The handle of shower head was worn out and the metal wrapping just sticks out and can cut your hand.  When we checked in our room, they prepared a little surprise for my parents, a bottle of champagne, snacks, and a thank you card. The staff locked on our door and give us the surprise which was very sweet and lovely.  this memory will make me to book the same hotel again. 

The room was spacious, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Compared to hotels in other popular tourist cities in Europe, this place offers great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and it's very convenient to get to Passeig de Gràcia and Gaudí's three famous buildings. They provided slippers and toothbrushes. My only minor complaint is that the duvet didn't have a cover; it was just two sheets wrapped around it. When I called room service to change it, they said that's how they all are...

This villa was just awesome to chill and relax at for a couple of days. Bali is so convenient now with GOJEK. We had a breakfast plan. While the villa is catered more for locals and the breakfast spread was just ok, the price we paid for this villa was so worth it. We lounged by the pool, napped, went for spas (which were super affordable!) and GOJEK food in for dinner. It was also pretty near the airport, and anywhere else, you could just access via booking a car.

Great location (close to cruise port and restaurants) and service. Clean room and nice shower except for some peeling on the ceiling. Wifi is good in the lobby but inconsistent in the room. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Brand new hotel, great location with a beautiful surrounding atmosphere and close to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the front desk gave excellent recommendations for the local area. Our room was clean, stylish, and roomy. Nice marina view, close to restaurants and bars. The food at the restaurant offered great value for money and the overall service was attentive and efficient. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Barcelona! Exceptional staff and delicious breakfast in a beautiful environment. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished.

A beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city center and an excellent starting point for tourists who want to explore the city by walking. If you get tired, public transportation is no problem, as the metro station is very close (200 m). In short, an excellent location for Barcelona.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

Fabulous hotel!!!! Staff are amazing, all really friendly and helpful- can’t do enough for you. Rooms were really good, super clean, spacious with everything you need- hairdryer, iron, mini bar, shampoo/conditioner etc Spa/Gym is really nice & so nice to spend some chill time there- loved it Bars and restaurants were lovely- really good vibes, food amazing- especially breakfast and so much food! It’s slightly out of main Barcelona- 25/30 min walk but a lovely location along the beach with amazing views We’ve had a fab time at this hotel
