We visited for New Years Eve and it was really fantastic. Excellent service, great dinner and views of the fireworks in Barcelona and super comfortable rooms. Rooms were a little hot but we managed by opening the window. We didn´t use the spa but visited and will definitely be back to try some treatments. Its an oasis not far from Barcelona and well worth a visit. Yes its a bit old and not perfect but that adds to the charm for me!!

The hotel's location is super convenient; it was only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, many attractions are within walking distance. Our twin room was spacious and well-equipped with accessibility features. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with our requests, and there was always someone available in the lobby. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze – we found Asian and Spanish options, and the front desk even recommended a fantastic Western restaurant for us. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with housekeeping tidying up daily. Definitely great value for money!

Absolutely fantastic! Staying here in Barcelona was so comfortable! The rooms were spacious, and the living room was great! There was a microwave, dishwasher, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable cleaning supplies 🧽, so you could cook something you wanted, and heat up a glass of milk before bed 🥛 – wonderful! However, there was one drawback. I saw other reviews mentioning an unpleasant odor in the room, which my companion and I also noticed. It wasn't coming from the bathroom, kitchen, or drainpipes. To be precise, it was a foul smell coming from the air conditioning ducts – the kind of stench you see in sewers. We didn't even turn on the air conditioning the first night, but the whole room still smelled terrible. The second and third nights, with the air conditioning on, it was a bit better; the smell wasn't constant, but intermittent. The management might need to check the air conditioning ducts to see if they have any odor-blocking devices installed. Aside from the room odor issue, everything was great!! The receptionist was incredibly nice!! I'm so grateful to her for helping me resolve the issue with the main entrance on the first floor. Also, thank you to the gentleman at the phone customer service center; he was incredibly kind and patient in helping me with the door problem. 🙏 If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Barcelona!

The address is relatively quiet, the number of rooms is relatively small, like a club-type hotel, close to the foot of the mountain, the overall hotel setting is OK, the curtains are relatively old, some do not block light, the overall layout of the room is large, the breakfast is good

1人で3泊しました。 ほかの口コミにもあるようにお風呂場がカビのような臭いがします、入浴剤を使うと気にならなくなったので持っていくのをおすすめします。掃除も私はそこまで気になりませんでしたが少しクズが残っていたりして必要最低限という感じ。 ドアチェーンが無いので不安に感じるかもしれません。 コンセントはCタイプで一人部屋では浴室内と部屋に2つずつ計4つありました。 アメニティはシャワーキャップ石鹸ボディジェルスポンジシャンプーボディミルク歯ブラシなどがありました。 ドライヤー(温風のみ)と小さめの冷蔵庫あり 最寄り駅はUrquinaona駅、カタルーニャ広場も徒歩数分で行ける距離なので交通アクセスも良かったです。 近くに小さめのスーパーや飲食店あり スタッフの方皆さん優しくて、目が合うと笑顔で挨拶してくれましたし、チェックインの時日本語で対応して頂けたのが何より嬉しかったです。 あと朝ごはんが本当に美味しかった、特にスクランブルエッグと、料理名はわかりませんがじゃがいもの薄切りでオーブンで焼いたようなものがすごく美味しくて何回もおかわりしてしまいました笑 とても良い滞在になりました。本当にありがとうございました😊

The hotel located in a residential area abit far away from the tourist spots. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel. We mainly bolt cost about 10-20 euro to central, train is also quite convenient when there is congestion. Room is good size. Gym is very small. In winter there is only heating in the room, even advertised with air conditioning. We have to open window if room got too hot but we are reluctant to do so due to safety reason of our 4 yr old. I discussed with the receptionist, they changed our room to a lower level and provide us a fan.

酒店離還不是很遠，大概1.5公里左右，在房間可以遠眺海岸線，好像還分上下兩部分的，下半部分為四星，上半部分前台在25層是五星，提前兩天預訂的酒店，1500一晚上，住了兩晚，結果到了酒店手欠搜了下才1100多了，算了。以後預訂還是要很慎重才行呢！前台比較差，有點不耐煩，可能我是亞洲人？房間挺大的，配置也還算可以，拖鞋牙刷也有的，煮水壺咖啡機也有，就是暖氣片不熱的，空調開30度一直開着沒有任何效果，1613房，因為行程比較趕，所以就是晚上睡一下而已，將就了

It is really cool. The room has pots and pans, knives and forks, electric stoves and refrigerators, and you can cook by yourself. There are many fresh supermarkets around. It is very convenient to buy vegetables and can achieve freedom of cooking. Main attractions: Güell Park, Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, etc. are within sight, walking for half an hour, one hour, and taking the subway is also 3, 5 or 5, 6 stations. Very recommended! The only downside is that the room we live in (other rooms are not clear) has no air conditioning, and the bathroom has no exhaust fan, but the convection wind of the doors and windows is very large, which can make up for this deficiency.
