Old hotel, looks shabby. The staff is not very friendly and forgetful. We took it because of the location, it is ideal, of course. There is a swimming pool and sauna, also a big plus

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

The location is very good, the front desk is warm and polite. The facilities are a little bit old. Overall it's good. It is very convenient to go out, the beach is 100 meters in front, and there are many places to eat around.

the hotel staff is complete mess. they for no reason refused to check us in lying that ******* has canceled our booking. later we found out that it wasn't truth. also they need to learn more manners when talking to a guest. very dissapointed. not recomended

just disappointment followed by more disappointment.
At check in they tried to switch the reserved room for a lower tier and offer me the reserved room for an additional cost.
The room itself was outdated, but if clean would have been fine. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty and clear that the staff did very little outside of making the bed. Our daily housekeeping did no more, we had to provide images of dirty used mugs to the front desk to prove this and then, they only addressed that one concern while the bathroom was still dirty.
The lobby is a cloud of cigarette smoke as you enter. The attached ****** has no barrier and all the smoke just vents to the lobby and seeps into the rooms. Then there is the service. Most things we had to ask twice for and get an attitude whenever requesting something.
Having this list d as a ‘5 star’ hotel is a joke. I’m not sure what certification signs off on hotel star ratings, but clearly this was awarded due to some type of corruption.
At best, this could receive ‘3 star’ rating in USA, but perhaps the standards are much lower here?
I will add some images of the moldy ceilings that have been there for a while, which the smell is likely masked by the cigarette smoke, but the health impacts are certainly not.
For my sanity I did a walkthrough of the Meridien next door, and was floored by how much nicer, cleaner and better it was. Do yourself a favor and stay there or the Sheraton instead. No matter the price, I would not stay in this

Началось все с того, что нам сделали upgrade номера, ибо я типа VIP для сети Radisson. Но кондиционер в том номере работал только на обогрев и когда мы зашли в него там было +31. Позвонил на reception, пришел инженер, поковырялся в потолке, сказал: «ждите». Не помогло! Уходя из отеля в город, еще раз обратился на reception с просьбой решить проблему. Вернулись в номер часа через два, в нем все так же +31. Снова пошел на reception теперь уже с просьбой переселить. Прождал супервайзера, который так и не вышел. Но в итоге нас переселили в номер с работающим кондиционером, но с грязными зеркалами в ванной, рваными жалюзи. Суля по всему тут так везде, все какое-то недомытое, запущенное. Кажется я все же выброшу карту Radisson, на хочу к им больше.
