Beihai Shangri-La Hotel is very cost-effective. We were upgraded to a high floor for free in the first two nights. The beautiful lady with glasses at the front desk was very patient, and the cleaning lady was also very good. If there was a problem, she would solve it immediately. The breakfast was rich and good!
