The room is excellent - it's clean and comfortable. Li Yiran at the front desk was particularly polite and very helpful! Thank you. The other two guy staff members who assisted us on the first day were also good. While the hotel does not have an elevator, they were considerate enough to assign us a room on a lower floor to accommodate our family. One suggestion for improvement in general would be to enhance English language skills among the staff to facilitate better communication for foreign guests. Overall, it was great value for money. Amazing. Highly recommend. Great value for the size, 4 times the size of a regular hotel room. Would def rebook and stay at this Marriott in Beijing in the future. Fully equipped amenities and full kitchen. Housekeeping everyday and helped wash the dishes and offered to wash clothing, even though the suite has a washing machine, dish washing machine, stainless steel pots, etc. Only 3 mins walking distance to one of the best high-end malls, Wangfu Central 王府中環. My mother just had a hip-replacement surgery and has trouble walking in the snow or long distances, so location to everything was prime importance, this hotel was only 5-6 min walk to all the essential banks we needed to visit. Also, was hoping to take her to a few hot springs to relieve numbness and pain in her legs, but the bath tub in the spacious bathroom was so huge and comfortable we often stayed in to take turns soaking in the tub instead of going to the hot springs. Also, they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, so we went swimming every other day, and used their gym. The swimming pool was empty and had 3 life guards guarding the swimming. All I can say is this apartment hotel is one of the best you can book in Beijing.

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed with Park Plaza Wangfujing. The first time was with my wife for a week (March 2024), and we upgraded to a suite and had a wonderful room and stay. I was in China again on my own, and had a few spare days and chose to stay again at Park Plaza Wangfujing, because of location, comfort, and the assistance from Kevin Li, who seemed to work 24/7. He significantly assisted us on the first visit, and when I arrived for the current June 2024 visit, he was again at reception offering to assist again. Kevin helped find places to visit, helped logistics, and guided us throughout our March stay, and was equally helpful during my short stay this time. Note that because of the proximity to the Wangfujing shopping district, along with a bunch of other tourist destinations, and because of the connection to a line 5 metro station, everywhere was easy to reach from this hotel. This visit I had a view of the courtyard between the buildings, one of which was Park Plaza. Last visit, we had a view of the adjacent Hu Tong area just north of the hotel and the suburbs to the north, as far away as the Olympic village, and beyond.

fantastic hotel! stayed in a dorm and the room was big, it felt like there was a lot of space including a table and seating area. everything was really clean and the outdoor terrace had a gorgeous view of hutong rooftops. there are washing machines but no tumble dryer. the location is really great too, central, easy to get public transport, and lots of food options nearby including a 24hr shop. the only thing is that towels & hand wash are not provided in the dorms so you have to remember to bring your own. other guests used my personal towel a couple times which was annoying!

I really don’t understand what made this hostel so expensive (around 26€ a night). It wasn’t bad but had nothing special either. No breakfast, no towel, no cold water refill, really small dorms, kinda far from the main attractions (but Beijing being huge, you’ll need to travel wherever you stay). However the staff was awesome, spoke quite a good English and was really friendly and super helpful. They help me make some reservations, gave me some tips as for where to eat, etc.

The receptionists were very helpful, nice and polite. They proactively offered help to customers. We arrived late on our first day there and ordered take-out. After finishing, we called the staff to take away all the leftovers as the smell was quite strong. The staff took immediate action. We could feel that the staff there strives to provide a good stay experience to their customers. The breakfast there was delicious. The room provided a comfortable a**osphere. My family had a great experience staying this hotel. We won’t hesitate to choose this hotel when we visit Beijing next time.

This hostel is fine for solo travellers. It was clean and service was good, a little bit distant but Subway is within 1 km. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.
