Gym is perfect Room inside so so Old hotel

Very nice hotel I great location. Spa is great! Room is very comfortable

This hotel only looks good from the outside. And maybe the reception area. Rooms are terribly old. I couldn’t even take a shower without feeling I’m going to throw up. Great location and so much more can be done to improve this hotel.

Best choice for first time visitors to Belgrade

The hotel facilities are old, the room lighting is dim, the toilet floor is sticky, and the shower room floor is slippery; the two bath towels are one large and one small, one thin and one thick; one of the two rooms has a hair dryer, and the other does not. Breakfast is quite rich. The location of the hotel is not bad.

The location is very good and the breakfast is good! However, the hygiene of the room was very poor. It felt like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The wooden floor had not been mopped for a long time. After booking and checking in, I was surprised to find a hotel with this price, star rating and rating! After staying on the first night, I didn’t do any cleaning when I returned to the room the next afternoon. I went to the front desk to tell me, “Please clean our room!” I went there for the next three days in a row! We understand that there is no toothpaste or toothbrush in the bathroom, so we bring it in advance. But the shower room is so slippery, how can there be no anti-slip mat? Three of the people we went with fell down, but luckily none of them were serious!
