Excellent all round, no complaints whatsoever. Great location, staff and hygiene standards. Room very good with balcony and air con. Uk tv channels, everything you could ask for.

The location is fine
That hotel is clean
The rooms are clean but sheets have not been smoked for 2 days
There is no German speaking staff.
The food was catastrophic as you can see from the pictures
I booked full board but unfortunately there is no food
I had to eat outside
Book only overnight stay otherwise stay away.
Staff at Buffalo nothing friendly.
Staff at the reception very nice but they only speak Spanish.

Estuvimos una semana finales de octubre. El baño con bañera y cortina necesita una reforma urgente; los geles y champús son como los dispensadores de los bares de una calidad ínfima.Lo peor la comida, malísima; pocas proteínas y de muy mala calidad, pescados y carne incomibles; a los sobrantes les dan muchas vueltas. De lo peor que hemos estado en Benidorm. No recomendable.

Las habitaciones estaban sucias. La comida muy mala y repetitiva, los segundos platos incomibles y los postres sin dulces, a excepción de gelatinas. Para el desayuno no ponían manteles en las mesas. Lo mas destacado del hotel es el personal que son muy familiares y atentos, a excepción de la recepción que en muchas ocasiones no estaban en su lugar. Plazas de garaje escasas y a descubierto, excepto algunas que tienen una pequeña tejavana. No volveré.

Hotel a 1 km dalla spiaggia, servizio clienti eccellente ,le camere sono pulite ,ristorante a buffet , parcheggio interno e ampia piscina. Andato con amici a festeggiare il mio compleanno da subito lo staff si è rivelato molto disponibile .ottima la paella.

Vacaciones horribles, desde la comida hasta el descanso. El aire acondicionado va muy flojo porque lo limitan ellos desde la central y se pasa muchísima calor tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes. Parte del personal del hotel muy mal educado. Para no volver

Just back after 10 nights here, after staying here for 10 days last October. Lovely hotel, excellent value and service. Excellent staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast, they do excellent bar snacks and drinks. Lovely pool area, which I spent lots of time around. If you go to the hotel side of the pool you get the sun all day from around 11-15. Lovely staff. The hotel is located central to the different areas of the Lavante beach area. 10 mins walk to beach, 15 back from beach, due to hill. About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Old town. Never walked to ***** area, but would say someone with decent walking speed could get there in 15 minutes, taxi about 7-8 euro. Hotel entertainment is geared to Spanish guests, didn't bother me as we went out every night. Hotel rooms good, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Fantastic free WIFI, excellent coverage throughout hotel, room and pool areas. Don't rely on TV to watch British channels, didn't bother us. My ONLY two slight negatives of the room is no kettle, so bring a kettle if you do want a cuppa in your room, and no fridge. However as the free Aircon is brilliant the bottles of water and pop kept cool enough. Don't expect a luxury hotel, especially for £50 a night for a couple for bed and breakfast. Excellent value. If you want luxury pay luxury prices. Didn't have any meals apart from breakfast so can't comment on what is available.
