Mooi hotel op een prima locatie. Vriendelijk personeel en de studio die we hadden was prima. De studio was compleet met keukentje en alle serviesgoed. Uitzicht was mooi op nu zee. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en alles klopte gewoon. We komen zeker terug.

Estudio moderno y con vistas, una pasada. Sitio inmejorable casi en frente del mar y en buena zona. Buena piscina para estar con los niños y en Septiembre con animación por las noches todavía. La comida bien, nada malo que decir aunque tampoco destacar la verdad, y el personal súper amable, te hacen sentir como en casa.

Very clean, great location and very friendly staff, especially the man on reception. Food nice, just had breakfast. Nice suntrap beside the indoor pool. Hotel rooms nice size, with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge, which was good to have

Fantastic stay with 5 girls in a 2 bed apartment. Was so spacious and actually looked like the photos. Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Perfect location short walk to the ***** and short walk to the old town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Extremely comfortable stay . Mind , body and soul . No balcony in Classic room but, room is spacious enough. Only a 10 minute walk in to old Benidorm. And a bus stop right outside. Beach - a 2 minute walk . Connecting door to Cafe de Paris . One down side - the outdoor pool is on the small side with way too many sun loungers . And so encouraging over crowding , though lovely outdoor seating area I prefer the 2 minute walk to the beach

Hotel con una ubicación excelente. La atención tanto en la recepción como en el bufet como en los diferentes bares del hotel son sublimes. Comida bastante buena, calidad de los pescados por ejemplo, mejorable, pero variedad tanto en desayunos como comidas y cenas bastante elevada. Se ve la renovación pero creo que hay aspectos como los cuartos de baño y las terrazas a mejorar, necesitan un lavado de cara. Mención especial para Flor, camarera en el bufet como Francisco y su equipo de recepción. Trato excepcional.

La habitación paronamica bloque 2 ,es una pasada recomiendo, y el bufé buenísimo , con unos camarer@s super atentos, recomiendo

Me decepcionó por completo, ya que necesita una gran reforma, el baño con bañera y antiguo, las almohadas viejas, zonas comunes sin apenas aire acondicionado, poca variedad en el buffet y baja calidad de los alimentos. En fin para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior deja mucho que desear lo único que vi que me gustó fue la situación donde está cerca de la playa y del centro.
