We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

Location off beat. Finding route was troublesome. Collecting keys before entering car park. Lift to level 7 access was hidden, took time to find then the room was ok. The sink was leaking I called and their response was immediate. Must see how things work now.

The hotel is near to the sky would theme park main entrance. Room is small but hotel provide drinking water and toiletries. Hotel is reasonable clean and has a fridge and safe. There is no cafe or restaurant in the hotel itself. But there is a convenient store at the hotel lobby that sell bread, fried noodles, drinks and snacks. There is also a vending machine that sell ready to eat meal with a microwave beside the machine to heat up the vending machine meals. Supermarket and restaurants / cafe is nearby in the shopping mall a short 5 to 10mins walk away from the hotel. For ****** and indoor theme park, it will take around 15mins walk cutting through the shopping mall, or use the other side entrance/ exit in the theme park to reach the indoor theme park and ****** entrance. Overall it is good for families with children going to the theme park. A bit far for old folks who want to go to ****** mainly.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

It's a great destination for a short trip, but be sure to secure the balcony and windows to prevent monkeys from entering to search for food. Unfortunately, our snacks were stolen by monkeys because we only closed the balcony without locking it, allowing the monkeys to push the door open and access our room.

The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby. The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly. One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay. I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Pros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna. Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly 😁

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.

Attended an advance meditation course here. Excellent place that let you escape from the town. The premises is aged, however the fresh air, stunning hill top view and friendly staff definitely gain point, a simple resort with all basic facility and well maintain. There are big convention hall and small function room over there. No comment on the food, as resort catered us with vegetarian meals.
