My first time to that place. I didn't expect many people to visit that site and the special small cars are running all along the time blocking the way while we are walking.
Anyway, the hotel staffs trying the best.
One peculiar one is we had to make a deposit payment of 100 and wait for the return after checking out.
I would suggest the hotel management return the deposit quickly with the evidence.
Below is the receipt for the deposit payment and my old mom(92 years old) stayed at Colmar Tropicale.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

i got a room with a mountain view and i got this spectacular view of genting highland.
distance from hotel to skyavenue around 20-30 minutes driving or you can ask for shuttle bus from the counter. rm20 per person.
smooth check in check out, huge and tidy room.
the most exciting about my stay in scapes is their amazing breakfast. a lot variety of food served even during a weekday. from nasi lemak, noodles, porridge to a lot choice of pastries, bread, waffle, croissant. they also served ice cream for breakfast, im so happy. will come again one day

The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it.
1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots.
2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that?
3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

I recently had an excellent stay at 7Stonez Suites GEO38 Genting Highlands. The overall experience was fantastic, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and food stalls nearby.
The suite was in pristine condition and very clean, earning a solid 5/5 from me. All the amenities, including the pool, gym, and Wi-Fi, met my expectations perfectly.
One minor downside was the check-in process, which was a bit slow. Additionally, a RM200 deposit was required, and they photocopied our IDs. However, this did not significantly affect my stay.
I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.

NNgHHThe hotel rooms were great. We were treated with njce desserts upon arrival and when we checked in to our rooms. The hotel gave desserts on our second day when we came back after dinner. The desserts were delicious. We also had a good night sleep as the beds were so comfy.

AAinina_MPros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna.
Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

Excellent check-in and check-out service at the reception desk. For visitors staying on-site, parking is free (you must validate your TnG card in the lobby). Although there aren't many options for breakfast, the cuisine is nonetheless delicious. A few things could be improved (perhaps due of the ongoing renovations). For example, there is no connecting route, so visitors must travel a considerable distance from the parking building to the lobby. The parking building has no lift. The biggest drawback is that there's no direct route to drive from the hotel to GPO (for those who drive their own vehicles); need to drive down to the roundabout then turn back before taking the junction to GPO.

Parking is super expensive RM70 though was guided to park at One world for only RM18 but it’s about 1.4km walking distance away even walking inside the malls. our room located superrrr far away from the lobby hence additional long walk with luggage.
Else all are ok despite very expensive room rate. We are lucky to have cold misty weather hence the night sleep was cold naturally and comfortable

I recently stayed at Tumike Hotel Bentong and overall, my experience was rather underwhelming. While the hotel's location was indeed convenient, with Regent Court Restaurant and several other eateries within walking distance, there were several drawbacks that dampened my stay.
Firstly, I booked the triple room, but I was disappointed to find that I could only request one pillow. This was quite inconvenient, as multiple pillows are often necessary for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the absence of a fridge in the room was a major drawback. It meant that I couldn't buy perishable items like tofu or keep beverages chilled, limiting my options for snacking or enjoying cold drinks.
One of the most significant downsides was the steep price for a night's stay. At RM200 per night, I expected more from a budget hotel. Considering the hotel's one-star rating, the cost seemed excessive for the amenities and overall experience provided.
On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Regent Court Restaurant, TF Value, Steamboat Restaurant, Musang King Dessert, and Family Mart was undoubtedly a convenience. These nearby establishments made it easy to access various dining options and satisfy any immediate needs.
However, when considering the overall experience, I would have expected a budget hotel like Tumike to offer more competitive pricing and improved amenities. The lack of additional pillows and a fridge limited the comfort and convenience of my stay. Therefore, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options in the area before settling for Tumike Hotel Bentong.

My recent stay at GEO38 Prime Suites Genting Highlands, under the efficient management of Stone7, was nothing short of exceptional.

The individual parking space allocated to each unit proved to be a rare and valuable convenience, ensuring secure and easily accessible parking.

AAnonymous UserThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. I think it's been more than 3 times. But after a long time, I returned to stay here and was quite surprised to find too many changes, especially the lobby which is on the 3rd floor. It's quite complicated actually but I'm still satisfied with the room I stayed in.
A little warning to the security there so that they don't be rude by driving away our car that stopped by the side for a while on the orders of the hotel management. We do not accept the rude attitude of knocking on our car window. We heard instructions from the hotel, which is your own boss. Just because we are local, we receive different treatment. Thankfully we are not a family that likes to go viral. Your dignity is still preserved.

GGuest UserThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.

JJoannThe room has a very nice cloud view! Wifi signal in the room are strong, the room is clean and comfortable to stay :)
However, the check-in process was not very pleasant as we have trouble using the self-check in machine as Trip.com has submitted my name details to the hotel with additional spacing within my name and the system could not recognise. Other than this, the rest was awesome! 😎👍
