Great location in combination with a very attentive and detail-oriented staff. Breakfast is healthy, rich and custom orders are possible.

Very very friendly staff at the reception. If you park your car next to it at the parking space the reception can also reduce the daily rate to 8 Euro per day. Breakfast also very good with many choices. Super close to all kind of shopping. Less than 5min to public transport.

A short walk from the zoo train/metro station. The staff is friendly and always available. Probably one of the top choices for this price point in Berlin.

Very good city hotel in a central location very close to the Zoologischer Garten train station. The hotel is small but nice. The rooms are clean, modern and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can look forward to a rich breakfast. We can recommend the Indigo with a clear conscience.

The waiter was a bit strange. He didn't pick up the things on the floor after cleaning the table.

The location of the hotel is great

The location is very good. The room is not too big, but it is exquisite and clean. The room I live in is close to the back garden, so the sound insulation is very good and quiet, not noisy. The common fault of European hotels is that there is no kettle in the room, no free mineral water is provided, and the breakfast is relatively monotonous, 20 euros per person. The decoration design style of the hotel belongs to the small and beautiful style of children. If it weren't for the price of 1300 RMB per night during the exhibition, it would be worth 80-100 euros in normal times.

就是一般的商務酒店，地理位置很好，距離柏林動物園車站步行衹要5分鐘就可以到，但是酒店設施沒有什麼，好像有個健身房，但是是在地下室，酒店早餐還可以，如果是訂房時有附贈就不錯，如果沒有，而外加價購買不划算，酒店周邊平價又好的早餐店不止一家。

房間不大，床舒適度不錯，早餐還行，沒有停車場，搬行李有點麻煩

Where to begin? They provided a relatively clean room, if somewhat small for the price. Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to but eventually performed reasonably. I rented a bike from the hotel the first morning I was there, which it turns out was very old, incredibly heavy and had faulty brakes, which caused me to crash whilst out riding. As a result of the accident, I dislocated my shoulder and broke my arm and had to be hospitalised, completely ruining what was intended to be a relaxing holiday. I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the damage to the bike and then, lo and behold, they charged me at the end both for the bike repairs and then also for some random business taxes even though I was there on vacation and not for work. I was so exhausted I didn't challenge them at the time and wish I had. The reception staff were quite off overall and treated me very suspiciously, as if I was somehow faking my injuries, even though I was obviously in a large amount of pain. There was one young girl with dreads, in the breakfast area who was very friendly and helped me out but the majority of staff treated me with disdain. Yes, the hotel is in a great location but their overall customer service needs some major improvement.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable but not a trip highlight. For a clean and reasonably priced stay you won't be sorry you chose it. The location is good, a five minute walk from the huge Zoological Gardens transit station, from which you can easily get to the airport or anywhere in Berlin. The rooms are small but well designed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel breakfast had a good variety including made to order omelets if desired. We paid for breakfast for one day when we realized we had to leave too early to use it and for some reason they were unable to refund the charge, although they offered to pack us some food (which was not practical to try and eat on our laps during travel). Altogether this place was fine but the accommodations and service lacked the wow-factor that would justify a five star review.
