The hotel is very clean

Good evening. First of all, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I had a bad experience. I was traveling by car with my family. I booked through ***********, and since I was running late due to traffic, I called the hotel to make sure they could accommodate me (the person at the front desk didn't speak much English), but they assured me they were open. When I arrived, I found everything closed. Since I didn't have internet, I tried calling but nothing happened. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The next day, I contacted them to clarify everything. They told me the keys were in an adjacent locker, which wasn't easy for me to locate. However, they told me they wouldn't charge me the cost. However, after 15 days, I found myself charged the full price of the accommodation. In my opinion, this is unprofessional and insincere. I can understand a penalty from the manager, but the full amount seems absurd.

Große und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem kleinen Zimmersafe und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist nicht weit und gleich drei Supermärkte sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert für Gäste, die im Bereich Marzahn/Lichtenberg/Hellersdorf zu tun haben oder sich einfach an den nahegelegenen „Gärten der Welt“ erfreuen möchten.

Keine premium Unterkunft, jedoch sauber und übersichtlich. Genau richtig für 1-2 Tage. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auf dem Bett gab es drei verschiedene Kopfkissen, dass fand ich gut, da jeder dann doch etwas anders schläft.

Solides Hotel, ruhige Lage (wenn man das Zimmer hinten raus hat), modern und neu eingerichtet. Nur schade, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Gern wieder.
