The Mecure brand has always been one which we relate to. This hotel is linked with Ibis and the car park has an entrance to both hotels. The hotel was in the main clean and tidy however the rooms were a tad on the small side, but with only a one night stop it was not a concern. A sort walk (uphill) to a convenient area to eat or drink was a bonus.

Pleasant enough hotel, colocated with the congress center. Beware: the standard rooms are very small, upgrade if staying longer. The facilities are from the 1990s, but are well maintained and clean. City center location, with the main square and the "plateau des poètes" park nearby.

The hotel is well situated and has good underground parking- although access is tricky for larger cars and the lift very temperamental. We booked a premium room but were still dissapointed with the size of the room as everything was very cramped even though the double bed was on the small side. We were also surprised not to be asked for our Passe Sanitaire when we checked in. The hotel said this wasn't necessary as they had no restaurant, however they did have a bar and breakfast room so I am not convinced

Rooms too small which do not correspond at all to a four-star hotel, stairs are dirty, only the breakfasts are correct. Garages are practical before. A good point all the same. This hotel corresponds to an ibis in its bathroom size. Really small.

We chose this hotel because it was a Mercure. Nothing to do with what one imagines from a hotel of this chain. Excessively small rooms, outdated bathroom, very soft mattresses, mediocre breakfast (the carton of almond milk is sold out and they don't have any more), tiny breakfast room. Positive points are the location and the possibility of parking. By far the worst Mercure I have ever stayed at. In short, this hotel needs a comprehensive remodel.

Pluses + Large room (called privilege, number 252) for a couple with a child. :) + Extra large bed already prepared on arrival in the room. + A well-equipped bedroom (with large shower): Nespresso machine, etc. + Easy to park for free on the street...or was it just luck? :D + Not far from the center of Béziers on foot. ;) The least - Street without any particular charm.

The rooms are really tiny: you don't even have room to put your suitcase! Unacceptable for a 4 star and for a room of this price! Right in the center of Béziers, well placed but area without any charm. Otherwise decent comfort and decent breakfast.

Small 4th floor room, decor from another time, cramped bathroom. Gold customer no upgrade offered, only a free drink. Very mediocre hotel, does not deserve the MERCURE brand. Too bad... To forget!
