The double room has a great view and is close to the train station and city center, with easy access to the University of Birmingham. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. When we bought yogurt and needed a refrigerator, the front desk staff personally delivered the refrigerator. If I return to Birmingham again, I will book again without hesitation.

The hotel is very convenient, but the neighborhood is a bit dirty, so I can't give it full marks. The room is large and clean and acceptable. The air conditioner automatically stops every two hours or so and has to be restarted. Only when the temperature is adjusted to 19 degrees and the maximum wind speed can I feel a little cool breeze. The air conditioner is very noisy, but I can't turn it off. It's actually not hot outside, but I can't. It gets very hot with the windows open. Couldn't sleep well for two nights. You have to pay for bottled water without registration. The idea is too novel and I can’t fully understand it. I asked the front desk to pick up some supplies, and was met with a frown. In the end, nothing was done all night. We left the room a little later, around 11:00, and returned to the room around 4:00 pm. We saw that it had not been tidied up, so we asked the front desk, and the response was that it would only be tidied up in the morning. Overall, the location of the hotel and the rooms are good, but the air-conditioning problem is serious and the service is not very cooperative. I won't order again if it's not necessary.
