60 pounds would be a fair price for this hotle,but it will not be recommended at anytime price more than 75 pounds

My recent stay at this Marriott-branded hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was clean, it was extremely noisy. We approached the front desk at night regarding the disturbance, but were only told that they would look into the source of the noise and could not offer a room change. It's unclear whether there were actually no available rooms or if they were just trying to placate us. The second major issue occurred on Sunday morning around 7 AM when we were abruptly awakened by the sound of a power drill. I find it very hard to understand why such work would commence so early on a Sunday morning. When we mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout, they merely offered us a cup of coffee as compensation, which felt quite dismissive and unprofessional. We declined the coffee, as such an offer hardly compensates for the inconvenience we experienced. They also mentioned a complimentary room upgrade for a future stay, but who would dare to come back after such an experience? Moreover, we had originally booked a water view room, which was not a standard room. This was my first experience with a Marriott-branded hotel, and it was very disappointing.

This AC Hotel Birmingham is situated in a good, convenient location in city centre. Numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room is clean, comfy and reasonably sized, but the mattress is a little bit too soft for me personally. Highly recommended for traveller !!!

Great location- right in the heart of city center as well as next to the mailbox with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and the bar serves late too.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the station, but you have to go through the entire shopping mall and reach the third floor platform to find the hotel entrance. The breakfast is rich and delicious 👍

Next to the MAIL BOX, it seems to be a converted serviced apartment. The room facilities are relatively new, but the windows cannot be opened, and it will be stuffy without air conditioning. There is a convenience store and a cafe downstairs of the hotel. There is a street of restaurants and bars nearby. It will be lively on weekend nights, but it is quite noisy. There are no other advantages. The geographical location is not very advantageous. It is on a small road. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to New Street Railway Station. It is difficult to walk and requires navigation. It is recommended to take a taxi with luggage, which is about 10 pounds. I recommend hotels near New Street Station. Eating, shopping and transportation are more convenient

I stay in different hotels every year on business trips abroad, and I have never given a bad review. This hotel is simply a shady hotel. After checking in, I found that there were already other guests in the room. I asked to change rooms to no avail. On the fourth night of my stay, The front desk of the hotel judged that we smoked in the room and paid a fine based on the exhaust outlet turning yellow. Otherwise, we were asked to leave the hotel and were not allowed to check in. We were asked to leave the hotel after nine o'clock in the evening. This hotel is so overbearing and inhumane. It is simply a shady hotel. Unexpectedly, it is rare for a four-star hotel in a developed country in the UK to force foreign guests to leave the hotel after nine o'clock in the evening.
