Der Aufenthalt im Sporthotel Montafon war leider eine Enttäuschung. Vor Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals lassen nicht nur zu wünschen übrig, sondern sind nicht vorhanden. Wir haben uns noch nie als Gäste so unwillkommen gefühlt. Nach unserer anvisierten Ankunft, die wir telefonisch eine Stunde zuvor nochmals telefonisch bestätigt haben, war das Zimmer um 8 Uhr abends nicht bezugsfertig. Das Personal im Restaurant hat uns um viertel nach 8 nur noch widerwillig bedient (weil der Koch jetzt nur noch für uns kochen müsse). Leider hat sich diese Erfahrung am Frühstück fortgesetzt, wir waren am ersten Tag nicht einmal auf der Liste - und an den darauffolgenden Tagen wurden wir konsequent an den gefühlt schlechtesten Optionen innerhalb des Restaurants platziert. In einer Zeit in der das Hotel bei weitem nicht ausgebucht war. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr einem **** Standard. Positiv ist der Spa / Sauna-Bereich: dieser ist wirklich grosszügig und ansprechend gestaltet. Leider gilt das nicht für den Rest des Hotels.

Wirklich sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, sehr gute Küche, enttäuschend jedoch die ClassicDoppelzimmer.... in Ordnung-aber keine 9,2 Bewertung- da muss man wohl eine höhere Kategorie buchen...das Zimmer war eher in die Jahre gekommen....schade

Die Mitarbeiter im Service , an der Rezeption und im Wellness Bereich sind ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Auch der Wellness Bereich ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet. Richtig toll . Das Essen im Rahmen einer Halbpension war sehr enttäuschend. Kleines Salatbuffett und zur Auswahl der Hauptspeise gibt es Fleischgerichte und langweilige vegetarische Gerichte (z.Bsp. Käsespätzle oder Reis mit Gemüse etc) kein Fischgericht !

Im Abstand von mehreren Jahren besuche ich dieses Hotel unregelmäßig. Beim letzten Besuch war die Freundlichkeit und Servicequalität weiterhin unbestritten gut. Die Infrastruktur ist auch noch in Ordnung für die Sternekategorie. Was vielmehr zu denken gibt ist das Angebot im Halbpensionsbereich. Die Erwartungen von früheren Besuchen wurde nicht erfüllt und die Weinkarte war doch sehr reduziert. Das Frühstücksbufett dagegen weiterhin außergewöhnlich gut.
