Clean rooms, very nice location. Nice breakfast. Very helping staff at help desk. I will recommend to stay at this hotel with family without any doubt. I will definitely reserve this hotel whenever i will visit boulder. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent staff and customer service. They worked to get us into our room an hour earlier than normal check-in time. Nice room, great breakfast and the heated pool was an unexpected bonus. Convenient location and parking. Highly recommended!

This hotel offered Govt per diem rates which included breakfast, hot tub, a pool,and a workout room. The workout room is very limited though. However this hotel is close to trails into the surrounding mountains. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The room has a small fridge and microwave and sink. My only complaint was the internet access. It is part of the cost but the speed is slow.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served to you by an server. Thats nice less contamination for everyone. Quiet location, food near by and shopping. The room was clean but smelled a little musty. Halls, and everything was clean. A little outdated decor wise but, not a big deal at all.

Clean great customer services The bed was amazingly comfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. Quiet. Did not have a really great view but liked having a balcony. Room smelled nice. Breakfast was hot and maintained consistently.

Such a lovely hotel in the middle of the Arts District. Convenient to Hwy 36 and for navigating around Boulder. The rooms were clean, lots of pillows on the bed, and the bathroom/shower space was large! Wifi was fast. Good TV channel selection (don't judge, I'm a late-night binge watcher when traveling!). Plenty of parking. The hotel was convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was hot with a good selection! Convenient to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Don't miss Loveland, a short drive, with wonderful attention to sculptures!!

We had a 2 queen bed room. The hotel room layout is terrible with no room to maneuver inside the room. The room has very limited space for seating. The room smelled horribly with significant overtones of smoke. There are very limited number of electrical outlets for plugging in phones, watches and laptops.

The room was terrible!!! Staff not real customer service oriented!! The room had a musty mold like odor and smelled of smoke. This was really bad because I booked a nonsmoking room. When asked about room change no response. The second day I asked for more towels and toilet tissue, the gentleman said “I don’t have towels here and you can come get toilet tissue down here. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel and I’m on a very long road trip.

Our King room, on the 3rd floor (310), was clean, roomy and comfortable. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. . We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. Conveniently located near restaurants in NOBO and Wonderland Lake.
