We had a great stay .. close walk to everything

This property is in a great location with easy access to the resort, town, and bus service. We stayed here for a few nights in a studio. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy to access. I had a second family member joining and the front desk generously offered a second parking pass, which made things so much easier. The Murphy bed was much nicer than a pull out couch and the gas fireplace made for some cozy ambiance. Wifi worked great and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. The property itself was gorgeous and all of the staff were extremely friendly. With wonderful restaurant options within a block or two and a beautiful gym and hot tub area, I would not hesitate to return during the ski season.

We stayed at Main Street Station on a ski trip over Spring Break. Great place right on Main Street, short walking distance to the Quicksilver Superchair. Ideal location for all levels of skiers, especially because the lift feeds the beginners area as well as to lifts that access more difficult terrain. Also, easy access to all the shoppes and restaurants.....Highly recommend!

First the pros and the only reason for 1 star: the location is great, close to the quicksilver list, ski rentals literally downstairs, close to shops and bus stop, and wonderful ski valet and front desk people. Cons: not terrible, but the parking garage and learning your way around the 3 buildings is difficult. We were in building A, and the front desk, ski valet, fitness center all in building C. Our building was old and had no comfortable lobby. Now for the really terrible: we stayed in unit 1313. Got a message 1 hour before checkin that dishwasher was broken. Upon arrival, kitchen trash hadn't been taken out from previous guests. I didn't get too upset until I got ready to make breakfast next morning. Almost every dish, glass, pan, utensil was FILTHY! I'm guessing dishwasher has been broken for awhile. Sent message to rental company, with pics of dishes. Also no stopper for sink to handwash dishes. Only got a sorry. No offer to fix dishwasher in the 5 days we were there or offer of a sink stopper to run dishwater. Horrible communication, would never stay here again.

The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and slopes. I especially like the ski valet service offered. However, our unit 1201 had some issues that made it less than an ideal stay. The fireplace did not work (confirmed by the front desk who stated the owner had not fixed it), and the second bedroom had two rollaways with springs sticking into our teenager's backs. The pull-out sofa was broken and unusable. The closets were full of items like fans, and extra boots making storage a challenge. I tried storing some items under the bed and noticed a thick layer of dust. Our sink was leaking in the master and let the front desk know. They sent someone to look at it and he stated he needed more tools. He did not return to fix it before our departure. This unit needs a major overall cleaning.

We have been here for 5 days now, and we have had nothing but top notch service. The rooms are gorgeous, and spacious! Whatever you need they will help you out. They also provide so many resources for restaurants and things to do in the area! There is also free parking!

This was probably once a very nice resort. However, due to lots of deferred maintenance and lousy management you are best off giving it a pass. Half the outlets did not work, lighting was bizarre (one lamp in the bedroom that had to be unplugged to charge my phone), and generally old towels, sheets, furniture, etc. Vacasa is the worse. They directed us to park in the wrong portion of a very confusing lot, and when we received the inevitable $150 in tickets, they refused to reimburse us, claiming that "We didn't contact them right away" even though we immediately complained to the front desk. Do yourself a favor--stay somewhere else.

Important to know that this is a timeshare (or "vacation club" property), and management prioritizes owners. We stayed here in early January and were given what must be one of the worst rooms in the entire property, on the ground floor overlooking the driveway and the main road. At night, headlights from cars on the main road shine into the condo, and if your lucky, delivery trucks will idle in the driveway for an extended period of time. There's no way to know what kind of room you will get ahead of time. We paid A LOT of money, and this is the room we were stuck with because we are mere guests and not owners. I posted an initial review (with 3 stars), but felt the need to edit and repost, as well as include the response from the property management to that original review. The property's response to my initial review tells you all you need to know about the property: as a renter, you are second class to the owners. Unless you are a Hyatt Vacation Club owner, why stay here and subject yourself to second-class treatment? You're better off staying elsewhere in town, maybe in a condo on AirBnB where you know exactly what you will get. We also stayed at the Gravity Haus on this trip - that is an incredible property.....far exceeded the stay we had here. This may be a great property if you are an owner, but if not, there's no reason to pay a premium price and be shafted. Finally, in response to management (see their response to my original review at the bottom), its a gross understatement to suggest that our stay "fell short of exceeding expectations". It is more accurate to say the stay FELL FAR SHORT OF BASE LEVEL EXPECTATIONS. Management says they "hope [we] choose to return and visit again in the future". No, we will never return to this property - I'd rather spend my money somewhere where I'm valued and welcomed as a guest, and not explicitly told I'm not a priority. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: The property is really nothing special. Rooms are a little dated (throw back to 1999), lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms is poor, and both toilet seats in our 2-bedroom are somewhat broken. Important to know: there are basically no services here. This is really just a condo building with the Hyatt name on it, with a “concierge” desk in the front hallway and a fitness center downstairs. There is no lobby, no common areas, and no onsite restaurant. Don’t expect hot cocoa or anything to welcome you back after a day on the slopes. Some websites show pictures of a lobby or common areas and an onsite restaurant, but those are most definitely not onsite at this property. It does have a relatively decent location where Main Street meets the ski hill, so lots of restaurants around, but none actually onsite, which may make a difference if you’re traveling with small kids and it’s 15 degrees out, like us. There’s a ski valet in the adjacent building, though they lost my wife’s skis this morning. There is also no housekeeping. Perhaps the biggest issue for us: we a

Perhaps the biggest issue for us: we are paying big money to stay here……and we have a lovely ground floor room with a view of the driveway and the main road outside. Beware, not all rooms have the beautiful views over the pond and the mountains. You may pay just as much as the rooms with the nice views, yet be stuck looking at delivery trucks and emergency vehicles like us.
