The hotel and facilities are excellent, my girls love swimming. The room is spacious and bright.
The air conditioning is not working for first check-in, one of the staffs help to find a replace one.
The only thing we are not happy with is one of the staffs’ greeting. I do expect the greeting to all travellers should be the same ( same set of introduction speech e.g. introduce facilities, asking if breakfast is needed….) we do not feel that’s a warm welcome.
We stayed for one night but we thought the hotel and all the staff was lovely. We had no issues, great location, clean, really spacious room and all the normal things were all working. (lifts, AC etc). The hotel is really in a great place, very close to the shopping centre, food places etc small businesses aswell! Loads of bus stops near by. The bus stop to the station was only a few minutes walk which we thought was good. Had plently of room in the room for our bags and coats. Very quiet, no issue with the busy street at night. We had a lovely time, would definitely recommend and return at some point. Definitely worth the money.
Great location for Bristol airport. Comfy beds, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Airport shuttle service available, however this is £8 p.p. which I think is a little steep, considering you're staying at the hotel. On site restaurant is also a bit pricey and they don't stock flavoured gin at the bar!
