El hotel no está mal, pero no diría que es un 4*. La ubicación, aunque parece cercana al parlamento, debes dar un gran rodeo hasta llegar a la fachada principal (y más lejos aún de los diferentes puntos de interés de Bucarest). El desayuno sí fue bueno. La zona no es muy recomendable para salir a cenar tras un dia de conocer la ciudad, pues hay muy poco donde elegir "cerca".
La habitación correcta, sin más, pero el baño bastante antiguo (no era demasiado agradable).
Por el precio qie tiene, creo que habrá mejores opciones.

Ist business stay at Parliament Hotel
Bed and room was generally comfortable. Furnishings are looking a little tired, Floor was laminated wood and not parfectly clean. Bathroom was very clean but Bath was crazed. Resturant closed at 9pm reception would order a take away at a premium price. Breakfast was adequete. Diner menus were varied and interesting enough butu Basic soups were not available. Wifi Good TV good
