I stayed here with my family for two nights in December. I think this is a very good value hotel. There were no particular issues with the service, and the food was delicious.
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the steak restaurant, and both were delicious.
However, for Japanese people, the pool water is not heated, so it may feel a bit cold. The temperature was around 25 degrees and the wind was relatively strong, so it was difficult to regulate our body temperature. It was also a bit difficult in the room, as it was cold when the air conditioner was on, and muggy when it was off.
