The staff are nice, and they hotel is clean, 10 mins away from train station. I wish they lower the price for breakfast and they offer buffer dinner.

The hotel location was far from the city center and train station. It would need 10-15 minutes walk to the station. The lift was small and slow, you need waiting for a long time. The room was quiet.

It was shockingly the worst novetel I have ever been to the only good thing was their location and their parking other than that nothing was good , their toilet is a cabin like we were in fucking boat , the sheets were smiling bad

Everything was great and the staff were able to assist with any questions we had. The public parking lot is in a good location but not easy to park your car! The neighborhood is very convenient, not too far from the beach.

Although it is a four-star hotel, there is a bathtub and the hot water is very strong, so you can take a bath. The staff are of high quality, easy-going, and speak good English. It is only 700 meters away from the city center, and the price-performance ratio is high.

The quality of this hotel with charming staff. My room wishes were fulfilled. The breakfast is certainly a little high.

The room is quite big, but the service is not satisfactory. I booked two rooms for two nights each. When I checked in, the front desk could only find one. It took a long time to check in. The next day, I hung a sign for no cleaning and didn't let the waiter clean the room. When I came back in the afternoon, I called the front desk to help send a few towels and toothbrushes to replenish them. I was actually suspected and said that they had been serviced and would not provide services anymore. I told him the reason and was asked to check the room. Then a big man came and asked to open the door to check. It was found that it was indeed not cleaned, so towels were sent, but there was no toothbrush. I asked him to send another toothbrush, but he still refused and said that the guest should get it himself. It's really speechless. Is Novotel too high? Or...? It's rare to see a xxxxxxxxx star hotel that actually turns its face to the residents

The room is relatively large, clean and cost-effective. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Although there is no sea view, the cost-effectiveness is relatively high and it is highly recommended.

The room design is very unique, it feels a bit like flying on an airplane, especially the design of the bathroom and bar, which are small, exquisite and easy to use. It is a highly recommended hotel.

The room is a suite, with a good size and relatively new layout, but the bedding is a bit old.

Good value for money hotel in Cannes. Not the freshest, but all the amenities are there.
