Doesn't exist. I emailed to enquire about the parking on my upcoming stay but didn't hear back. The tourist board informed me they had contacted their sister hotel who said the hotel had shut down and we would be moved to another hotel. There has been no information on this. Awful service.

Loved the decor, the layout of the room optimised the space very well, the staff was beyond helpful and friendly and instantly felt like I was at my second home. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and room were clean and the floor was quiet

Ottima posizione con vicino locali e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Zona tranquilla pe poter uscire da soli anche la sera. Camera fantastica con tutti gli optional. Personale gentile, sorridente e sempre dibonibile per ogni esigenza.

The staff, among others Karen, Rudo, and Erize, were soo incredibly kind and helpful. They all really made our stay unforgettable. They welcomed us in the middle of the night before the hotel to make sure we arrived safe and comfortable. As requested on the room we found champagne, since my friend had her birthday on the arrival date and the next morning they brought us breakfast on the roof terrace, singing! The whole experience in this hotel was absolutely great! And not to forget; the bed was really comfortable, everything was super clean, the room had a great design and the view was amazing!

We booked 2 rooms in Cartel House Hotel & there were issues with both. The apartment is an afterthought with the fire escape & a dumb waiter to the kitchen both in the room. There is no lock on the door, just a code which isn’t changed after the previous guest so you can’t lock the door at all. The safe wouldn’t work and despite me reporting it to reception it was never fixed. The TVs in neither room worked, again reported it but wasn’t fixed. The plumbing in one room was faulty so there was an electric diffuser constantly running to hide the smell. The air con in the apartment only partly worked so it was very warm. The apartment is also very loud due to it being next to the lift shaft. One of the days after the room was cleaned, there was a mysterious yellow liquid in the sink (urine??) There is a bar/lounge advertised, there isn’t one! The night porter will get you a beer which you can take to your room but no wine/spirits. The only positives were the staff were friendly & the decor nice.
