It’s in the center of a few different attraction areas, so it worked well for me personally. Valentine’s Day is a drawback for solo travelers based only on the restaurants. This is because it is busy and with specials for two. I was at the steak restaurant which basically charged the same amount for less food with only a la cart as an option and no modification to get the items offered on the set menu. Regardless, staff at Twilight, Pool, Reception, and Door/Concierge all very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and equipped. The views and seating areas are beautiful. Traffic in Cebu is pretty rough, but I stayed away from the NewTown because of the Valentine’s traffic. A tour guide for the day is suggested since there are so many directions to go. The hotel itself had the best value and amenities for the area.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

Checked in at 5:40 PM, I booked for queen-sized but it’s not available they said booking isn’t guaranteed. So if you want to get the room that you want, check in on time. We settled in a 2 single-bed room for a night (Room 922) and requested to be transferred on queen sized bed the next day (Room 613) which took awhile btw, if you have errands transferring of rooms is a hassle. Anyway, room 922 was noisy at night as it is facing the port area which is in operation 24/7. TV was ok at first but later on it didn’t work, signal interruption. When entering the room, I always check the sheets first for stains and bedbugs. No bugs but the bedsheets had stains, I don’t know how they did their laundry but they aren’t doing a good job removing the dirt. When we were transferred to 613 the sheets were heavily stained, I requested it to be changed good thing they changed it right away. Bathroom tissue was low quality, bring your own if you’re very particular with tissues. Breakfast was mediocre. Wifi was spotty. AC unit worked well. Staff were courteous and location was good, just across SM Cebu/ North Bus Terminal. Will I come back? For location and just one night stay maybe yes. For other reasons, no.

This was our first time in travelling to cebu city we are glad that we book at this hotel. The room was huge and it includes breakfast upon booking. Highly recommended because it was walk in apart from fast-food chains drug stores etc. in the area. Hope to come back and book here again for another trip. We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

I stayed with my friend here for 4days and 3 nights so far so good most especially the service everytime we call for room service or order for foods they’re very accommodating. For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important

Crimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

VVanessa This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

GGuest UserGranada is a special place to stay. The owners are on the grounds and personally assisting with the guests and things around the resort. Food menus are set for every other day, which is unique. The food is delicious! A mix between local and foreign cuisine. They’re accommodating with minor changes to each meal if you request it. They also asked if we wanted our Mel served in our room, which is very cool also! Adults only, so it is a quiet place. Pool is 24 hours. Check out time can be flexible if requested and the room isn’t booked for your check out day. This is a great place for couples who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay. It’s nearby Oslob, the place to see whale sharks. If taking a bus from Cebu city, the trip is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic. The beach is relaxing with very natural sand composition and the sand isn’t connected to the water, it’s above it. Bring water shoes as the water is natural with coral. Great for snorkeling! At night we found a giant hermit crab on the beach! First time to see one so big!

It was for the first time that key card was not working, had to go down several times. When I finally get to enter the room, I noticed that it's preoccupied, I was thinking that maybe it was a wrong room. Had to go down again and inform the frontdesk. Eventually they moved me to another room. Initially the shower wasn't working had to report it gladly it was fixed. First time trying the included breakfast, tocilog with green tea is my go to meal. Overall still happy and satisfied.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with my 11 year daughter to have my birthday staycation. The hotel was quite new and designs are modern. Check in was very smooth with very kind polite front desk officers. I was allowed to have an early check in as the hotel wasnt fully booked at that time and was kind to offer me a room upgrade. I politely declined the upgrade as the bed configuration wasnt suited for me and my daughter. We wanted a twin bed and the room upgrade was for one queen sized bed only. The size of our room was relatively small for a twin bed room. Its roughly 21sqm in size and it kinda tight when all your luggages and things have been all around the room. The Buffet breakfast was on the average side, Hot dishes werent kept warm and choices was kinda limited. But for the average kind of breakfast spread, I wouldnt complain more. The hotel is very near (I mean walking distance) to 7/11 convenience Stores, good quality restaurants nearby , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfresco etc... I love the ambiance of the community ... its like a little city within a small community. Not that I really didnt like that much, but it was just something that I didnt appreciated much... its the hotel's pool that looks like blurry and wasnt kept clean by the time we went to visit the area. The prices at the bar was kinda pricey and wouldnt offer any happy hour during the day. The Surroundings of the pool area werent kept clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel needs a complete makeover. Toilets in the lobby needs a100% attention. Room where we stayed also needs a maintenance. We complained about the sliding door not locking and unsafe, A quick fix was performed by screwing the door and not be able to open ever even in a case of fire. Rain shower was inoperable but was fix. Imagine if we didn’t report this, no one will look after it. The breakfast buffet was average and was sufficiently good if you are local resident but not for foreigners. Staff were excellent, they were polite , hospitable and kind. Guards are courteous and hospitable. Concierge were also courteous, polite and hospitable. In conclusion, I will not rate this hotel as 4star because it was not fully maintained. Lightning and so forth were inadequate. Again, hotel staff were typically a Filipino hospitality exposed. I salute all of you…

DdiannacasoWe saw this place on Agoda and decided to book it due to the following reasons: - it’s near ayala - easy to book grab car fron the location - it fits four people - looks spacious from the photos And it did not disappoint! What I liked about our stay: - it provided our basic needs like hot & cold shower, a functioning AC, fast WiFi... Also, there’s a 7/11 branch just outside the hotel, kfc and chowking fast food chains. - we initially booked only for 1 night but extended it for 2 because of our positive experience. - customer service is satisfactory. Staff were friendly and attentive. - breakfast is inclusive. The resto is located on the 12th floor and has a great view of the city. - budget friendly. Our first night we paid P1845 and P1700+ through Agoda. Not bad for three people (room fits four). What they can improve on: - breakfast was cold and has limited options. We were only asked to choose from fish fillet or chicken hotdog.
