The hotel facilities are complete, and the location is easy to find, super close to the station, right next to the exit. The room is clean, and the bedding is neat and comfortable, suitable for friends to stay together. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries are fully equipped. The balcony has a nice view. The front desk staff has a good service attitude, and check-in and check-out are quite fast. We stayed in Room 410. Strong smell of 2nd hand smoke so we changed to Room 411 the next day. Rooms faced main street, so a bit noisy. Hotel and facilities all clean and good. Reception and daily housekeeping good. Free 4 bottles water daily, 1 coffee & 1 tea sachet. Good breakfast on 6th floor, 7-10am. To reach hotel by metro, use line 3 to Huxiqiao station (actually light rail not subway). Walk about 12 mins to hotel. Only 1 exit, won't get lost. Lots of car repair/paint shop opposite hotel. We used buses more than metro trains. Like other Hanting hotels, this one is also value for money. Wish they have hooks in toilet, just outside the shower for hanging clothes.

The so-called coffee bar at the front desk is just for show; it's not free. A paper cup costs over ten yuan, which is stingy. 👏👏👏 Huazhu Club members' free coffee benefits cannot be used properly because it was booked through Ctrip, not the official website, so it doesn't work. 👏👏👏 Remember, the front desk won't allow late check-out until 2 PM. When I first contacted them, they shamelessly told me that late check-out would cost extra! ❗❗❗ Even after I offered my Platinum Club members' free late check-out... After checking out late at 2 PM, they still told me I couldn't use the service. They only reluctantly extended it to 1 PM after seeing my dissatisfaction...👏👏👏 The manager was a little nicer; he called me later to say I could extend it, but you can judge the overall service as such. I've never seen such a chaotic Hanting hotel. One minute they say my benefits aren't working, the next they say they can't use something and I have to pay. Because I didn't book through Huazhu's official website, we Ctrip users are being discriminated against. Even though the environment and cleanliness are excellent, I can't give it a good review at all.
