CGIG Nanshan Hotel

This time, I only stayed for 1 night due to limited time, but I can't stop my praise for the hotel. It beats many international chain hotels. There are always better hardware, but the service is always deeply rooted in people's hearts. I arrived at the hotel late. I made a note to bring my baby when I booked. When I checked in, DM Kiki introduced the hotel facilities very enthusiastically and gave my baby a small pendant gift, which made me very happy. The concierge guy smiled and served throughout the whole process, patient and reliable (the hotel's concierge service followed up in time, and the luggage storage and retrieval were efficient and fast the next day). Entering the guest room, the bedding decorations and separate children's supplies came into view, which took up the baby's light. Welcome to like the fruit. There is also a Donald Duck partition placed by the bed to prevent the baby from falling down when sleeping. It is a very good facility. I slept a whole night without anxiety. The breakfast restaurant has a full range of dishes. I arrived late and it was time to collect the meal. Whether it was the waiter or the cleaning lady, they all smiled and reminded us throughout the whole process (I'm sorry that we took a long time to finish eating before leaving). The water park and hot spring area are a paradise for kids. They didn't want to come out when the time was up. The service was very consistent, with smiling reminders. The only problem was that the wave pool and aerial drifting were too short, only 20 minutes each time, and they were not full of fun, but that was not the point. The outdoor hot spring experience was also amazing, with four beautiful women accompanying them in the hot spring pool, a world of ice and fire. You can get dry and warm bath towels near the water area as soon as possible, the guy in the locker room helps with the spin dryer, and can also help collect the missing items to the front desk as soon as possible, thumbs up. Overall it was very good, especially the private butler who responded to every request and was very efficient. The only thing was that there was no sense of ceremony for the New Year's Eve, no fireworks or anything, and we could only order Chinese food. Everything else was good and the environment was very good.

元旦一天帶家人放鬆，很多温泉有按摩的功能，養生效果很好，父母很滿意，孩子也玩的開心。下次還來。
