從網上定了一間大床房，就有賓客關係Lynn打電話詢問我的到店時間，以及一些喜好，瞭解到我可能續住，及時添加了我的微信，有任何事情都可以及時聯繫她，她也解決的特別及時，服務非常熱情貼切。入住過程中，楊帆小兄弟幫忙提行李，並協助入住，也很nice。下次來長沙還會來這家洲際酒店，非常不錯

這次入住挺愉快的，觀望了很久和家人一起選擇了長沙北辰洲際酒店，前台貼心給我安排了面積大一些的房間，前台Serein為我辦理續住手續的時候積極協調房間，手續辦理的也很快。詢問我們是否需要補充洗漱用品，很貼心的服務！
