Roupa de cama e banho + colchão impecavelmente limpos. Só a caixa d´água no último andar que atrapalha o sono pq faz muito barulho quando é utilizada água por qqr outro quarto. Sugiro isolar.

Hotel para passar um dia e dormir, cama razoável, interruptor grudado na cama, no qual ao se mexer vc acidentalmente ligava a luz e atrapalhava o sono, ar condicionado razoável, não gelou o quarto
banheiro com chuveiro gostoso, mas em época de frio brabo em Chapecó vira problema
Frigobar silencioso e televisão em posição péssima para assistir, bem como a tv a cabo.

Hotel bom, cafe da manha bom, atendimento bom, mas quartos muito pequenos, cama padrao 1,38, muito caro pelo que oferece, ja fiquei em quartos bem melhores espaçosos em cama king e paguei bem mais barato, recomendo se nao tiver outras opcoes em Chapecó

Ótimo atendimento
O atendimento foi ótimo, o café da manhã estava bom e a televisão tinha muitos canais e com excelente imagem. Recomendo uma atenção em relação ao chuveiro, o qual está posicionado de uma forma que torna o banho totalmente desconfortável.

Bom, mas necessita de uma reforma nos quartos
A localização é excelente, bem centralizada. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito boas. No entanto, os quartos são muito antigos e pequenos. Os quartos necessitam de reformas. Para ficar muito tempo, é um hotel que acaba ficando um pouco claustrofóbico. De qualquer forma, o atendimento do staff foi excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom. Dependendo do valor, tem melhores opções na cidade. A própria rede possui um outro hotel não tão centralizado que é mais novo e possui acomodações melhores pelo mesmo valor, praticamente.
