Recently stayed at The Alida and hosted a large corporate event at the rooftop bar/ballroom. This hotel is a true gem of Savannah! Everything was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond for us! Lucas Winters and Jessica Mathis made the booking process extremely easy and provided helpful & prompt responses to all of our questions while planning party details. Also, big kudos to the staff who took care of us and our clients the night of our event: Rachel, Lalo, Creed, Jay, Spencer, Jordan, and Drayton! Our clients and staff had a wonderful time and raved about the venue, food, beverage, and service. We look forward to coming back in the future and highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel for their next personal or business trip to Savannah!

Facilities: very complete Hygiene: Hygiene nice environment The hotel by the Savannah River should be the best local hotel among the regular hotels. The only dissatisfaction is that the management is a bit messy. We have been deducting our credit card at random, and the fee has never been clarified. Through the unremitting communication of the Ctrip housekeeper, it is finally confirmed that the overcharge has been charged. I have not received a refund yet. I hope everything goes well.

The hotel in the old house, the decoration style is not too love, the most like its restaurant and reception area, we booked the Chatham Earl Suite is also super stylish, the Chinese vases and Chinese paintings inside are flattering Chinese guests like us, is to carry the suitcase to climb the second floor. Although there is no meal, the hostess still provided us with a simple and nutritious breakfast, and the handsome waiter was super good. The feeling of a five-star hotel is that the cleanliness is still worse than the star hotel in terms of norms and standards. There are stains on the sheets and itchy skin when sleeping. Booked a city sightseeing bus, the hotel called the shuttle bus to send to the departure station. Next to it is St. John's Church, architectural aesthetics + painted art, beautiful. Facilities: Art House Health: needs to be improved Environment: super good Service: Very good

My friends and I received excellent service from Thursday through Sunday. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Names worthy of mentioning are Tania, Bill, James, Avion, Blue, and Meko. It was customer service at its best. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of historic Savannah. A hot made to order breakfast was offered each morning. Parking with ease was conveniently located across from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing. They’re super friendly, helpful and are available at all times. If it wasn’t for them, I’d probably give 2 stars. Pros: - wifi worked well and was fast - location is great as everything you need/want (restaurants, shops, the historic district) is within walking distance - A/C worked well - mini fridge in the room Cons: - walls are paper THIN: our neighbors came home late and woke up early and were very loud anyway, but even when they just talked normally we could hear every word, so we couldn’t sleep at all the first night - the inn is right next to the road so the cars and buses aren’t quiet either during the night - the inn is rather outdated (retro sound better, I admit)—it’d really need a facelift - room 205 is terrible as it’s right next to the staircase which means a constant traffic of people coming and going to/from their rooms - bed was too soft and the pillows too thick - breakfast is included but it’s only donuts (and although they’re delicious, calling them a breakfast is a bit of a stretch) and coffee/tea

The chain big brand hotel is good in all aspects. The original two standard rooms were upgraded to suites when they arrived at the store. Not far from the main attractions, you can walk on foot, originally Savannah is not big. Parking charges, valet parking, call the waiter 10 minutes before picking up the car.

After 11 o'clock in the evening, the door was closed and the card was checked in. There was a black brother on duty at the door. The bed is very comfortable and very high. It is very high. I use it. The old beauty facilities are simple and practical. They are not luxurious but not refined but strong!

The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

Staff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

Globalist. Got the suite upgrade, which was great. Breakfast had stellar options, including blueberry bourbon pancakes and chicken and waffles. Pool area is relaxing, gym is on the smaller side, but has everything you'd need (including a Peloton, yay!). Valet parking only, but comp'd for Globalists. Service was impeccable, with special kudos to Front Desk Manager Ebony. The location of this hotel is what makes it the must-stay spot. You're right on Ellis Square, so central to everything. Highly recommend while staying in Savannah.
