The deposit is expensive and the return period is long, but everything else is fine. There is a supermarket downstairs which is particularly convenient.

The hotel was truly delightful. I was captivated by the spacious and inviting room, the breathtaking views, and the cozy apartment-like feel. The equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy to prepare meals. In the lobby, Simone was an absolute gem. Her warm and friendly demeanor made her an excellent hostess. She promptly attended to all my requests and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Located in an attractive part of the city, reasonable price, clean, next to parking, but.... Super inconvenient process to stay here that includes a background check, small sleeping area and difficult to get in and out of the bed, on-site parking is more expensive than most @ $65, entry and elevators are complicated, and it's next to train tracks that kept me from sleeping well.

Worth every penny
Great place! Will definitely be back. Substantially better than a typical hotel room.
Only issue I had was communication. There were many times no one was at the front desk on the lower lobby and times where I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone.

Other than not having face towels, also the Tv did not work. It said no connection but the room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub

The staff was so welcoming. We flew in a bit early but Jeremaine made sure to get everything squared away so that when we checked in it would be smooth sailing. He offered to hold our bags which was huge plus because we packed pretty heavy. In knowing we were out of town guests he gave us great recommendations, asked us our plans and helped give us a window into the city. Additionally we were explained all the areas that were available to us as guests for WAH areas until our room was ready. He confirmed my phone number and as promised we received a phone call when our room was ready. When Simona called she was very nice and upon arrival we got the same quality of hospitality as Jeremy offered. I would recommend this property 100 times over. The common spaces were nice and accommodating and the property for our stay was as well. I have only been here a few hours but I love it here.
