Love the location of this hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful during my stay. We have alots of packages ordered to the hotel and they helped us kept them til our arrival day. The room we stay has an amazing river/city view and the room itself is spacious, cleaned, and fully furnished. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we come back!

This was genuinely one of the most incredible hotel stays we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt luxurious and special. Our room on the 50th floor was absolutely stunning, with incredible views, a massive bathtub that felt more like our own private pool, and a huge projector screen that came down in front of the bed. We honestly didn’t want to leave the room! We also really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and booked the private storm spa experience, which was such a unique and relaxing addition to our stay. Every little detail made the experience feel extra special. I also want to specifically mention our housekeeper, Bibi. She was absolutely lovely, incredibly attentive, and took such wonderful care of us and our room. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay even better. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic, the room was unforgettable, and the entire experience was worth every penny. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip through China, and if we ever return to Chongqing, we would absolutely stay here again. ❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.  Everyone was so nice and kind.  The service was top- notch.  The amenities were plenty and easy accessible.   A few extras that made everything worth it were the full- sized refrigerator, with freezer, the washing machine (for which they provided soap as well), dish washer, stove top, towel drier ( in the washroom) and full sized closet.  The view was so beautiful and calming as well.   Everything about this room was just so nice and exactly what I needed.     I didn’t realize how perfect the location was in relation to almost everything that I wanted to see.   When I figured that out, I just got up every day and walked to everything that I needed or wanted to see.   It was extremely close to a lot of restaurants, malls, local shops and smaller attractions.  I was less than a 10 -15 minute walk to Raffles City Shopping Center where there is a 5 story mall, Movie theatre, roof top attraction with the swing,  SKY WALK and also the river front park with amazing views.  Same distance for Hongyadong, the viewing platform, the Qiansemen Bridge- if you wanted to walk across the bridge at night- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!  There is so much to see and experience between the hotel and these attractions.  Your days will be filled with fun and adventure.    If ever I have the opportunity to come back to the city, I will very excited to repeat this experience.  

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is super convenient – everything is close by and within walking distance. I highly recommend it for visiting Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and the night view is beautiful.

We stayed at Aspera for several nights and absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the warm hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish and our room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect, the city view was amazing and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including bathrobes, a Dyson hair dryer, a quality speaker and a projector. Housekeeping was excellent every day. The only downside we noticed was the sound insulation. The room door doesn’t block noise very well, so conversations in the hallway and doors opening or closing can be heard quite clearly. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of Asian and Western dishes, fresh fruit, delicious desserts and freshly baked pastries. We especially loved that coffee was freshly prepared by the barista instead of being served from a machine. The complimentary afternoon tea with drinks and snacks was also a lovely bonus. The location couldn’t be better. Most of Chongqing’s main attractions, pedestrian streets, the night market, Arhat Temple, the riverside and the metro are all within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.

Stop reading my review and other reviews. Just book the hotel. It's ******* amazing, we were in room 4102, look at this view, look at the room, look at this city. Dear God what an incredible hotel. Not only was the view good, but the price was fair and more important, the staff is absolutely amazing. French fries (our house keeper) and bing bing were the best part of our stay. The service surpassed the view. The house keeps notice the little things and provided great service. I wear glasses and they put a glasses wipe next to them, they also even wrapped mt charging cable cords! Bing bing and other staff even helped us book reservations for restaurants and activities. Now that's what I call Chinese hospitality. Anyways. Book the hotel, stop hesitating.

❤️ I've always seen cave hotels online, and today I finally got to experience one! The moment I opened the room door, it felt like I was transported to Turkey. The room has a unique style – the cave-themed decor made sleeping a truly special experience! 🕌 Every area of the room is distinctive. The earthy yellow walls really make you feel like you're in a real cave. The lighting is beautiful and very stylish. The LED strip under the bed creates a floating bed effect! 🛁 And there's even a huge bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the view from the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of the Luohan Temple complex. 📌 The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, laundry room, and self-service tea bar. Plus, they even provide free luggage delivery to the airport! (A great perk for those catching a flight, just remember to arrange it 4 hours in advance). 📍 The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 2 of Xiaoshizi Metro Station (Line 1), next to Luohan Temple, on the 21st floor. Very easy to find!

The hotel is very close to various attractions, convenient to travel, close to the subway station, clean and hygienic. Breakfast is full. The hotel room layout is reasonable. More intelligent. Ordered a few takeaways and robots to deliver meals. The hot water in the bath is fast and big, the smart toilet also provides a disposable toilet pad, sleep quietly at night, and the window is not noisy. The pillows of the hotel are particularly comfortable, there are restaurants nearby, convenient for foraging, and the service attitude is quite good, so I stayed decisively for 3 days.

Let’s start with positives . Location - could not be much better , close to the Folklore buildings which is the highlight of my trip . Reception team really listened to my request for a room away from noise . Very good communication with front desk . Very efficient, friendly and helpful . Room itself is functional, good aircon. Nice breakfast too . I feel hotel owners should may be invest some effort into making it a little more maintained. On pictures it looks much better than in real life . A massive mould stain in the bathroom ceiling , as well as damaged floors . Very slow lifts . But over all i slept well

I had a very pleasant stay here. The actual room was quite similar to the pictures. The space is spacious, clean, and tidy, with stable hot water in the bathroom. Hot water is available 24/7, so I could take a hot shower even when I returned late. The location is excellent, not far from the subway, and there are many snacks across the street downstairs, making it very convenient for outings. To go upstairs, you need to swipe an elevator card. There is 24-hour security at the lobby on the first floor, which is great. I especially want to praise the front desk staff, Tangtang and Xinxin, who are warm and friendly, process check-ins quickly, and patiently answer any questions. The service is thoughtful, and I am satisfied with the location, room, and service. It's cost-effective and highly recommended!
