Best Hotels near Zhuyangxi Railway Station, Chongqing

We booked a deluxe river view room for 3 nights and we had an exceptionally wonderful experience with the front counter staff . Their friendliness and attentiveness to your needs worth a mention here. We were initially allocated a room at L29 with an upgrade with separate lounge （so we were told）but we requested for a higher flloor and we were duly moved to L42 on the 2nd night when it was available. On the last day, they accomodated our late check out request and the front counter lady, Ms Jia also booked a Didi using her personal phone for us to airport which is much appreciated as I was unable to place an order via my phone. The room is clean and equiped with morden facilities like bidet toilet, dyson hair dryer, washing machine/dryer, dish washer and cooktop（ IMO is not necessay as the hotel is locate within walking distances to array of food streets）, automatic blinds and internet tv, etc. However, we were baffled by where some the things were kept. For the instance, the bath towels were kept in the bedroom closet and the cultery in the dishwasher！ TV is placed below eye level when sitting on the couch. Otherwise, we had a marvellous experience overall and enjoy the magnificent Jialing Jiang and surronging night light .

The hotel is very well located right next to the Xiaoshizi metro station and walking distance to both the tourist area and CBD. There are endless numbers of food options nearby. The hotel itself is located on the 21st floor (and up) of a building it shares with other hotels and an insurance company. The decor of the lobby has a futuristic, cyberpunk feel and my room was modern, spacious and comfortable, with a bidet, roomy shower, and a nice view. The AC worked well. The service is friendly and good. The only downside is the building has three elevators and one was down, so it's usually a long wait.

I travel as business, to come visit Battery Expo at Chongqing international expo. This Hotel location is so perfect. 4 minute walk Close to Metro station . The hotel is inside Peninsula International Business Building, 20 floor. Behind of Westin hotel and Hyatt regency hotel. I stay at 14 floor , the view is amazing at night. The Hotel Room is very Clean with big room. It is close to many famous landmarks and tourism iconic spot of the city by walk. My favourite, at early morning turn left from the building and go to cable car or to the top building to see the all city from 47 floor. At early morning the view It was amazing. The front desk staff are very helping and friendly . Super Service. Definitely very recommend this hotel

I very like and happy to stay at Chong Qing Miss Xie’s house… Miss xie’s service is very good , we contact customer service by we chat , that is very easy , convenient and they very fast to reply us… We rent two room for 4 night , it is so nice … location also very good…4th floor can go to bai xiang jie, very convenient… It is suitable for couples and friends , even family too (there provide washing+ dryers machines )… I really will visit Chong Qing again and stay at Miss Xue’ s house… Sincerely, their service very good , we love it too much , thanks … Price I also feel valued for it 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel has a beautiful environment, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff has a very good service attitude! It is suitable for a family to come and rest on weekends, and it is also very suitable for sports. It is worth staying again!

The tea garden is very close to the main city, within 30 minutes without traffic jams, and the road is easy to walk. There is underground parking 🅿️ Stayed for four nights during the Chinese New Year period. I booked the cheapest small one-bedroom (390 yuan). Because it is Ctrip Platinum, it can be upgraded to a one-bedroom suite for free. It is very spacious and has everything you need. Because it has just opened, it does not provide breakfast. It takes out food every day and the robot delivers it to your door, which is very convenient. There is a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, washing machine (washing powder, dishwashing liquid) in the room, and a tableware drawer. When away from home, the washing machine is really used every day. shortcoming: 1. I had to queue up to check in at 12 o'clock on the third day of the ***** New Year. It took 40 minutes to check in. It was terrible. 2. Newly opened, the decoration smell is very strong. 3. On the first night of my stay, I was given breakfast. It was at Citadines next door. It tasted good, but there were too few varieties. If you want to add money for breakfast, you can't do it. The hotel is seriously understaffed. . . 4. I stayed on my third night and wanted to extend my room, but all online platforms were closed. I called the front desk and told them that they could not use the platform price of the previous two days, but could only use the rack price, which was 140 yuan per room. . . Why do you think this is unreasonable? . . 5. There are no special slippers for bathing, and they are still a bit slippery.

酒店就在來福士正對面，樓層很高，視野特別好。房間十分乾淨，裏面還有小冰箱，投影儀，大浴缸，真的超級nice😄😄😄。酒店的小何利利非常熱情， 還親自帶我們去房間，必須點贊😄阿姨都是非常有禮貌喲，做衞生非常仔細。 整個入住體驗真的超級棒，一直忘記來評論了，是屬於我下一次去重慶依然會優先選擇的酒店。放兩張我們住的樓層的窗外風景，現場看房間的時候看到這一間不是完全對着江的，但我覺得對着這個建築也很好看就選了這一間。

One of the best hotel I stayed, very clean, everyone is smiley, great services. Very good value for the price. Just one thing the hotel water might not work sometimes when there’re too many ppl showering at the same time, you might wanna avoid the peak hours for shower. Other than that perfect hotel, I would 100% stay here again if I ever come back to Chongqing.

My stay at Ascott Raffles City Chongqing was deeply disappointing and unsatisfactory. I had booked a deluxe suite expecting a city view, as indicated in the listing. Instead, I was given a room facing an office block, with such close mutual visibility that privacy concerns were unavoidable. When I raised this issue, I was informed of a ”misunderstanding” in the listing and was told that to receive the room I had initially expected, I would need to pay an additional 30%. This situation was particularly frustrating, given that the oversight was entirely on the hotel's part, with no fault of my own. Moreover, I was mistakenly accused by the front reception of playing loud music one night, despite the fact that I wasn't playing any music. This unfounded complaint, combined with the lack of initiative to verify the claim before contacting me, highlighted a significant lapse in service quality. Given this experience, I advise future travelers to consider establishments that better prioritize customer satisfaction. Based on my positive experiences, the Intercontinental at Raffles City Chongqing offers a more reliable alternative.

Location was great! in the middle of Shibati and Hongyadong, service was contactable 24/7 via WeChat and was very friendly and approachable. Do be careful with the amenities like the washing machine, although it works great, it’s a little bit on the fragile side, but still one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in!!
