作為五星級標準的度假酒店，總體的衞生/環境/服務/設施以及入住體驗還是相當好的。酒店周邊環境非常好，也是出門就看湖景的湖畔酒店，但是酒店位置離商業點有點遠，除非全部在酒店裡吃飯或者自駕，否則確實稍微有點不方便。自駕的，或者喜歡安靜環境的，在千島湖眾多的高檔酒店裡國慶長假期間各種價格暴漲的情況下，品湖的性價比是很高的。
