"I'd like to thank the lobby staff and the cleaning staff! Thank you for your incredibly kind hospitality. The best part about this hotel is that it's located between two stations, Ours and Bessieres. There's also a Co-op supermarket just a minute's walk away. Cutlery is provided: two plates, two bowls, a spoon, a fork, and a knife. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a kitchen knife, but I managed to cut a melon with it. Haha, it's really good. Eating in front of the window with the curtains open felt like eating on the terrace, and there were side tables, which made it nice to sit and relax. The only downsides I noticed were that the hotel is a bit dark, there's no air conditioning, and since it's on the main street, you can hear some traffic noise. Without air conditioning, it was a bit hot while I was sleeping. The noise from traffic is okay during the day, but it's quieter at night, so it's okay."

"The view from the street view room is great, you can see the cathedral and the buildings in the city center. The room decoration style is also quite stylish and the room is quiet. The subway station is just downstairs from the hotel elevator, which is very convenient to go to major attractions and the train station."

"I asked the front desk if I could check in early and got a positive answer. There is also a free luggage storage service after check-out. The hotel and restaurant are connected together, very close to the train station We stayed in room 300, which was very close to the elevator, but when we rested at night, we could still hear the sounds of people playing or chatting outside the room. Letters for finding lost items after leaving Switzerland were answered very quickly and on the same day."

"I had a wonderful time at Agora Swiss Night. The hotel is very close to the central railway station and very easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful--thank you so much for understanding my poor attempts at speaking French :) I was a solo traveller and booked a single room which was well-equiped and clean. Will definitely book again when I have the chance to re-visit Lausanne."

The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service."

"The rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. The Metrol station is just next to the hotel, it is very convenient if you wish to visit most of the attractions in Lausanne. The hotel offers City pass to their guests. The room is not very big, it is adequate for short stay. Most of the hotel in Switzerland just provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room, no slippers and shower cap. Cafe next to the lobby offera great pastries."
