It is not suitable for traveling, it is very traditional, and no alcoholic beverages are provided. In addition, it is far from the attractions. The furnishing of the room is like a high-end hotel at the beginning of my country's reform, it is hard to say 5 stars.
But the service is good and the public areas are beautiful!

I had a 10 days staying with Velero hotel lusail with job purpose. All over the world I had get many experiences but with velero hotel stuff it was a memorable experience with their friendly attitude and personal service. I would like to highlight the name who made my staying memorable and feel like home. They are Mr. Hafiz, listiya, jasim, candra best wishes for you guys.

Superb hotel, this was our first trip to Doha, hotel is in an excellent location, with The Mall Vendome a 5 minute walk away and well worth a visit or two. Joannd was very helpful and called us as soon as there was a room available, so after a long flight and not much sleep surprising us with an earlier than expected checkin and a fabulous upgrade was very much appreciated. Room and view were amazing, bathroom was fabulous, you could lie in the bath and look at the superb view. Bed was very comfortable and room had everything you needed. Breakfast was between 630-1030 and was excellent, lots of different options, the pastries and the coffee were exceptional . Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing at all was ever a problem. Thank you again for making our stay so lovely and thank you again to Joannd.

Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for.
Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.

The front desk is very slow in doing anything. The room is not big and the facilities are relatively new, but the hot water is hot and cold. Sometimes it feels hot when taking a bath**. The water temperature suddenly becomes high and unstable! The only advantage is that it is very close to the mall and is convenient for shopping. The milk tea shop in the mall is particularly good!

Travelled to Doha with my family to attend the Asian Cup final. The city was fully booked and when i checked in turns out i booked the wrong days. Chadi at reception was so emphatic and helpful and got us upgraded and fixed the issue. Going over and above to get our issue sorted he really took away the stress of my own mistake. Thank you Chadi and Staybridge Management you got my loyalty in Doha whenever i visit.

great! Families with children must choose this place. There are two outdoor swimming pools and a small water world for children. It is really a hands-free vacation experience! Because the hotel is newly built, I think it looks great everywhere. Some five-star island hotels here also have a musty smell! Everyone, do your homework and make more choices!

The only drawback is that I feel like I can’t get used to breakfast. On the last day, I brought instant noodles with me.

It's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too.
