"Perfect for families. We booked a studio which was perfect for 3 (pull out couch for kid). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean but could use updating. Perfect size for us. We thought the location was great! Out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona. Close to Bell Rock and the shuttle pick up for Cathedral Rock. Chapel of the Holy Cross was close by as well (all close driving distance). The heated outdoor pool was great! We used during unseasonably cool week of 40 degrees. Hot tub was awesome. We would go back!"

"I will not give 5 starts because you can so much hear your next room’s noise. During my stay, the next door two ladies kept taking and laughing till 2AM. Horrible!! You can hear almost everything. I do not recommend this hotel. Typically during the hot season, you will have all rooms booked. Too noisy! "

"The building hasn't been around for a long time, but I think I know why the rating is low. The front desk is not very busy and it's hard to see because I'm alone. Not so friendly. There is a separate parking fee. The room itself is spacious and ok, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is too weak. Breakfast is the worst. This is the first time I've seen such a place. There are not enough seats to eat, and there is not enough food. This is the first time I've seen such a place."

"Nobody is working here from 5 pm to 9 am. I walked outside to take a picture. Literally 10 seconds. And the door closed behind me. I have no shoes. Wallet. Phones dying. And no emergency hotline. So now I’m stuck shivering for the next few hours until someone hopefully gets here. I will never stay here again. I feel unsafe knowing nobody is here to help me"

The pool is very clean and will continue to live next time! This is a very suitable place for summer and vacation! There is a lake behind the hotel 5 minutes drive. The air is particularly good. You can go to the lake to run and fish!

BBinmomoAlthough the sparrow is small and complete, the small house is very complete and the kitchen utensils are basically everything. You can see the stars when you open the door at night. Unfortunately, our room heating is broken and it is cold at night and the room is not very clean.

PPriscilla CroixWell honestly this is a cheap hotel by the freeway so if you’re looking for fancy you’ve come to the wrong place. There’s no pool or breakfast. The reins are cheap though and that’s why we stayed here.

PPaul SafonovOk for the price, pool was unusable because of the debris that goes down from the trees. Room very basic nothing in it. OK for  staying one night on the go. It was nice to visit Watson Lake and Lynx Lake a day before and after.
